I have always loved Pizza Hut . Since moving out to this part of woods, my Pizza Hut orders have dropped to 1/10.Thanks to this location(as this is the only option close by)This place gets your pizza done IF it’s not crowded.If it’s crowded please forget your order for hours.On multiple occasions I have placed a future order and it has never been ready on time or any time close.Always had to come in then only they would put the order in queue. I don’t understand then what is the use of future order.If you place an order for immediate pickup .. they would say 15 minutes but that is in case they have no orders.This place needs serious help in terms of management and software to help manage orders the current one is not working out and this location is only tarnishing Pizza Hut brand reputation.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE***This location is an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut corporation! So I ordered online and order was submitted at 4:48pm, I picked the pickup time for 5:30pm.I arrived at 5:30pm and was told it would be another 20-25mins. What? I was told there was 13 orders ahead of me, as I looked around the lobby there was about 5 people waiting, can you believe this most of the people waiting for their orders, their orders were in the warming oven at the front. Does anyone working here know what their doing…..? It is now 6pm and I’m still sitting here and I see a Pizza and Wing box sitting in the warming oven….so I ask Bandanna Boy, what order was sitting in the warming oven, and surprise it was mine. So I sat there for 30mins, who knows how long it sat in there, hopefully not as long as I sat here waiting.To the employees, one employee stood around and I’m not even sure what he did, maybe the Manager, one employee made pizzas and one cut the pizza and boxed them.Now to my order which is another FAIL, extra green peppers means EXTRA, not 10 little pieces on a large pizza, there was hardly ANY toppings on this pizza to begin with.I’ve ordered from the Round Lake Beach Pizza Hut without any issues.Take a look at the Pictures, Pictures don’t lie.I love Pizza Hut, maybe order from this location at an off hour…..maybe then they can do it with success.

Ordered pizzas the first time, and it was over 2 hours late from delivery. Couldn't reach the store to even confirm anything. Second time I ordered, they never showed up. I waited 3 hours and was on the phone with customer service before I found out they just quietly refunded my money. I was expecting pizza. Now im hungry and everything is closed. This place should not offer delivery if it can't support it. Zero stars. Everyone out pizzas this bum shed

Would give 0 stars if I could. Breadsticks were just a large piece of overcooked bread. Pizza had some rubber band in it (pictures below). Tried calling the restaurant several times to resolve but they don’t answer. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

Very pleased with the customer service and quality.The Detroit style pizza and wings in spicy garlic sauce are truly amazing.We also love the super supreme , stuffed pizza’s as well. Breadsticks.. yum.Friendly and quick staff.

My order was canceled and no one notified me. My credit card was charged and the store was closed by the time I realized it was canceled. You ruined my night plans, my kids went to bed without dinner. WillNever order from you again, you lost a value customer.

They get it right from my experiences I've had at this location. Ordering online is lame! They answer the phone here unlike the Arlington Heights location. I tried the edge pizza, I think the large is kinda small ? but that's just my opinion. If you got good service try and tip them something cause I'm sure it's not a high paying job. ?

What? This pizzahut makes the best crusty pepperoni pizza ever. I killed it. It was so good and so fresh! I dont understand how it has 2 starts here. I usually only eat 2 slices but today i had 6 lol thank you!! Im super happy right now theres my proof right there

I am so grateful for this Pizza Hut because when the DoorDash guys messed up and forgot to bring my entire order. I made a quick phone call and just like that there was a gentleman at my door with what was missing. They don’t have their own drivers they always go through DoorDash so I got special treatment when they sent one of their own to fix the mistake. I wish I needed a gentleman’s name because that’s exactly what he was a true gentleman.
pizza was fine, delivery was quick. but explain how these are bread sticks??? anyways 10/10

I previously rated this a 2 because I got a pizza with no sauce. At the time I got good wings as well so I gave it another shot. Good news, pizza had sauce! Bad news: sauce less wings. This place can't get it right consistently and I encourage you to not go here.

i placed an order online, i dont really ever order pizza hut. but today i was like why not? when i placed my order i put cash as the option for payment. apparently i was called a few times but since its an old account i never changed the phone number. so when i order food i always rely on the website for updates and on the website still said my food was being made. i saw that today 1/6/22 it closes at 9pm. i called at 8:45. no one picked up. i called again. no one picked up. the phone just rang. i tried once more and finally after about 15 seconds of ringing someone picked up. i asked about my order and they said it was cancelled because today they aren’t accepting cash. i placed my order at 8:01 exactly. waited almost an hour. hungry family waiting. just to find out about an hour later that they are not accepting cash and could give another form of payment if i still wanted it. i thought about i was like why not. i was informed itd be another 45-50 minute wait. i was so upset. i said it was fine and leave it cancelled. worst customer service ever. i don’t recommend coming her at all. will never buy from this place specifically again. do better.(update) i contacted the email that was provided to me and never heard back after a follow up email a day or two later. terrible service. don’t waste your money here?

I ordered pizza for my daughter's family. The lady closed the order before I added the drinks. I had to call back 9 times, was cut off each time and was never able to complete the order. I live 800 miles from my daughter so this is an occasional treat for her family when they have been particularly busy. I sure wish they had REAL Customer Service. So disappointed. I finally reached someone who transferred me to a supervisor, which ended up being only an answering machine . Terrible, terrible, terrible and still no drinks.
