Wide open barn like atmosphere. The focus seems to be on promotions rather than the beer, but the beer isn't bad. Not the best, but not bad. If you like pumpkin beers, this is the place for you.

Thanks Chuck!Big Muddy Brewing planted their roots in Murphysboro, Illinois in 2009 and are open on the weekends for tastings and tours, offering up small batches of craft brews for the true enthusiast. Favorites include the popular Pumpkin Smasher, which is brewed using real pumpkins and savory pumpkin pie spices giving hints of natural cinnamon and nutmeg, and the Vanilla Stout, a traditional Milk Stout infused with pure Madagascar vanilla.
