“Such a great time! Everyone who helped us was super nice. Pizza was great! We got the All-American with thin crust, which was nice and crispy but still firm enough to not fall apart. The toppings were high quality, well balanced, and plentiful. We ate inside, and I really liked the homey small town feeling and bright windows showcasing trees and houses. I recommend signing up for the text club for great deals, and checking out the daily specials. A real treat!”

“I loved this place. I tried some of their beer years ago at a tasting in St Louis and finally made it to the brewery. They are well known for the berry beers but the Vanilla Stout, Pumpkin and IPA were great too. They are balanced. The spirits are fun to try. The new coffee one is cool. Root beer of course- yum. Great bar tender to chat with.”

I actually stopped going to Subway for a while after some bad experiences, but she completely changed that for me. Because of her, I keep coming back again and again.

“The BBQ is always outstanding. This place literally sets the standard for all BBQ everywhere. I’ve had BBQ all over the country. Lots a great BBQ out there for sure, but there is none better than 17th Street. Even the sides are pretty good. This is where so many BBQ joints lose me is when they have terrible sides. We did order some potato skins and some fried pickles. Both were very good. There is a huge volume of fried pickles in one order. We got too much when we ordered 2 servings of them. Service is always good.”

Although I did not get good service Saturday night when I was there the bartender was very rude and short with customers and kept complaining in front of her customers. There were also others complaining about her and how they were not satisfied with the service or the drinks.”
