“Monday’s (11 17 25) HEROES were our key hosts this weekend for our Silent Auction prize getaway. April Dawn Horstmann and I, upon arrival, were greeted immediately by two angels - Mallory and Bella, along with Jim, the Proprietor / Developer. They were incredibly hospitable, helpful, kind and always smiling. The hospitality industry is challenging and they make it look easy, and fun. We highly recommend this new fave. We will return because of Mallory and Bella!”

“I dropped by in a snow storm one night and was blown away by the taste and quality of this chicken. I just returned to this area and cannot believe how tasty this chicken plus convenience of this place.
I have since picked up this chicken and taken some to my relatives and friends because more people need to try this place.
My elderly father tried to fight someone for the cajun potatoes. We were talking about the leftovers and he was like, the fried potatoes are mine! So even the sides are incredibly tasty.

Seriously, try this place, it's so good and they are so friendly.

“Our favorite restaurant in Carbondale IL. My wife and I have been coming here for years. We heard they had new ownership so we were a bit concerned but the food was better than ever. That said, we did have to wait a bit to be seated, and the restaurant was really busy, so the service felt a bit slow and scattered at times. It’s understandable given how packed they were, but it did impact the overall experience slightly. Still, if you're not in a rush and want a tasty meal, it's worth a visit.”

“I don't miss much about my time in SoIL but gosh I miss this brunch spot. Well worth the wait for a table, just hang out at the thrift store next door. Dutch babies are to die for. The bloody Mary's here have converted so many people, they smoke their own paprika which gives it an awesome flavor. I took so many out of town visitors here because it is actually a unique and quality place, which is quite lacking in the area generally.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!”
