Cristaudo's is a local Carbondale bakery and bar with plenty of seating and yummy cookies and muffins. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite occasional computer issues. The vibe is wonderful, with great music and delicious treats like date walnut cookies, pink cookies, chocolate dipped peanut butter cookies, and magic bars. The owners are back in ownership, making it a part of Carbondale history. They offer excellent customer service, especially accommodating dietary restrictions like vegan and alpha gal diets.
