Recently had the opportunity to eat dinner at 17th Street. First I was warmly greeted by three employees upon entering, I was seated immediately and service was spot on. Never once did any employee walk past without asking how my meal was or if I needed anything else. Amazing service that paired perfectly with the pulled pork sandwich. Maybe I've been spoiled with good BBQ in the South, but I'm not much of a fan of this beloved barbecue joint. The building was easy to find from the signage. The interior was clean and what you would expect. The staff was warm and accommodating. I had really high hopes that the food would match. It's much drier than you would expect.
