I have smoked hundreds of #s of pork shoulder and eaten my weight in it as well traveling on business. 17th Street pulled pork sandwich today was as good as any I have ever had. Perfectly moist and smokey, the bun was fresh with a generous portion of pork.The ribs have the perfect smoke with the expert tug off the bone texture.The brisket, cut from the flat, is moist, tender, smokey, excellent work!!I'm a fan of fried pickle spears over chips due to the high pickle to batter ratio....read full review
It was amazing! The atmosphere was so incredible. Everything was cleaned thoroughly. The food was very quick and delicious. The waitresses were very kind and likable. I would definitely recommend the Bread Pudding, it was my favorite!
Maybe I've been spoiled with good BBQ in the South, but I'm not much of a fan of this beloved barbecue joint.The building was easy to find from the signage. The interior was clean and what you would expect. The staff was warm and accommodating. I had really high hopes that the food would match.It's much drier than you would expect.
