I'm from Phoenix and quite used to these little bistro places. For a small populous an atmospheric place is a nice introduction to what people pass as "cultured" these days. The coffee was very good but paying for refills even at a reduced rate is a bit of a customer burden. The take on traditional bisquets and gravy to me was below average. This is a bright, open concept, modern industrial style eatery. They have a drive-thru. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and find a seat. They will give you a table number and bring your order when it is ready.The menu is small but fresh. We got the Asian salad and added chicken. The French toast and a side of butter ($1 extra). Every time I come here, I have a good experience. There are always interesting seasonal drinks, including decaf options. There was one drink (I think it was a peach latte) that didn't work, but everything else has been good. The breakfast sandwich is tasty and the kids love those cookies. The natural lighting in the place is amazing. Service is fast. I like to stop here when I'm in the area.
