Cold Blooded Coffee & Roastery

My daughter and I stopped here on a grey day in December. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the selection of drinks. My daughter had blended white mocha that she said was one of the best she’s ever had. I tried a London Fog, both were very good! The barista was fantastic. If you’re going through town, give this coffee shop a try!

This place has actually made me cry with joy this morning. I was having a rough time and was on the verge of a breakdown. Not only was Lily the barrista excellent, but so were the other patrons, atmosphere, the lemon cake I ate. I felt right at home. I am so grateful I found this place! I'll never go anywhere else.

Delicious little coffee shop! Excellent Baristas ( Emily the manager and Tyson came in when we were leaving.) friendly, cozy atmosphere, and they make a gorgeous latte. Just enough flavored syrup to not overpower the beautiful roast they use. You can buy yummy baked snacks, or a bag of your favorite house roast. It's a pretty chill place to just hang out and chat over a marvelous roast or a lovely tea!

Highly recommend Jordan Rainer Straight Shot Coffee Half Decaf/Half Darkside with Cinnamon. I bought many bags of whole bean and ground for holiday gift bags as a special treat inside! Just the smell of the coffee alone is enough to be a fan. Try it, you won't be disappointed. My friends and business colleagues were thrilled! Yum. Also, when I placed my order on-line everything arrived timely and my order was perfect. Thanks Cold-Blooded Coffee - you're the best!

I’ve never been to the actual coffee shop but I can tell you that their coffee is excellent! I’ve got their coffee beans from a fall festival that they always go to in Frankfort, IL and thought the coffee was delicious! I got a few bags of beans for home and enjoyed every sip of coffee made from them! T.J. who is the owner is awesome to talk to and so helpful figuring out what kind of beans to get! I even ordered some online and they went above and beyond making sure I got the best quality coffee and swag!

The ambiance is spectacular, and the location is great. The decor is simplified yet apparent. The service was friendly but fairly slow. The quality of the latte was simply lacking and the hot chocolate was very underwhelming. The chocolate muffin seemed stale and the scone was almost chalky at times. This IS the best latte I've had so far in Murphysboro, so while I won't make a special trip there, if I happen to pass by and fancy some underwhelming caffeine, I may frequent again.
