If you have to wait forty minutes at KFC AND THEY FORGET YOUR MAC N CHEESE! Then you go back to get it, they say we'll bring it out to you we're making it now, and thirty minutes later, after nobody comes outside with the Mac n cheese, you return inside for them to say they still have to make it! You might as well make it at home! Horrible management and probably owners/corporate at this KFC/Taco Bell! The breading on the chicken was disgusting! It wasn't breaded correctly and it was almost black from dirty grease! Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY! NEVER GOOD SERVICE HERE!

I ordered KFC and more...6 pieces of chicken(,old and dried out, overcooked) 2 individual slaw sides, 1 green beans individual side and 1 mashed potatoes and gravy individual side. The only thing good was the cole slaw. It was the worst chicken I had ever eaten. I went through the drive up and headed home(20 miles) and once I opened the package and started eating I was disappointed. I would have taken it back if it wasn't so far to drive.Since I wrote this review I have learned the KFC I picked my food from has been closed.

I've attempted to go through the drive thru 3 times over the last few months between 5-6p and no one answers the drive thru. Pulled around to the window to try to order and can see 2 people working their tails off but no one ever came to the window or answered drive thru. I wont be back. HIRE MORE WORKERS!!!!
The atmosphere was worse than DMV. The girl working up front walk past us seven times. Never even made eye contact. Never even asked for our order. We finally said something to her. She never greeted us. She seemed pissed off. The food was absolutely horrible. You could smell the old burnt grease on the food. The food was two different colors. One was cooked and fresh grease. One was in old grease.Her math skills were not very good. I had the five item box. Only four items in the box. Seems pretty basic to screw up. They were not very busy. They were more worried about filling the ice machine. I got their version of chicken nuggets. They were the gristle leftover pieces. Unbelievably nasty.If they shut this KFC down it would be a plus for Murphysboro.

Parking: The least is 20 spots but the drive-thru and side spots are a bit tight to get in and out of. Other than that, very simple to use the parking.Kid-friendliness: No inappropriate pictures or words on menu/in store. There are kids options like smaller meals and drinks. Everyone seems very nice!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step up spot and a wheelchair spot at the entrance for both disabled and non-disabled customers, easy use and easy to not run into disabled people with wheelchairs

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes & finally went in to request a refund. One manager was yelling at everyone and the other was freaking out and ran away when I asked for a refund. I'm not even sure my refund was done properly.
