I’ve been there a few times for mobile pick up. Every time it’s almost a half hour wait. This last time I went at a low point when they were the least busy they could possibly be and I ordered nuggets and I saw maybe four or five cars go through the drive thru then leave (still well over 20 minutes) before they walked out with my order. Fries, nuggets and a drink. Not to mention there is zero sense of urgency with the people that work there. They drag themselves outside to my car then don’t even communicate with me. Not a single word has ever been spoken to me unless I’m at the speaker. This is easily the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I don’t recommend anyone go there. They’re lazy, get orders wrong all the time, can’t read, can’t count, etc. The place should be closed or at least get a real manager that will actually coach them and show them how to use time efficiently and improve their customer service.

Can i not rate a half a star we waited 30-35 minutes for 1 quarter pounder, that was after letting three employees know about our problem (they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a qtr pounder) then the cashier had the nerve to tell us it wasn't her fault. like i know it probably wasn't all her directly but come on. if could rate everything and overall a 0/5 i would

I have had long wait times for food from this location before. So I used the app to order ahead. I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived and didn't receive my order until nearly 20 minutes after I got there. IDK if its understaffing or what but it should not take nearly an hour to get some nuggets and fries.

I did a curbside pickup order for a simple order of two breakfast meals. It took 40 minutes before we got our food even with at least 6 people in the kitchen, no counter service, couldn’t cancel the order to go to Hardee’s across the street instead, and not very busy. The order was still wrong. No apologies, no explanations, no refunds, not even a free item thrown in. The food also wasn’t up to McDonald’s usual standards. One item in the order tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for a couple hours. This is the second time in a row out of 3 visits I had to wait for obscene amounts of time.

20 minutes to get breakfast with only 5 customers inside. 5 stars to the maintenance man. he saw the angry customers and jumped in to get the orders completed. Maybe he should be running the place
Husband and I always get the same thing. Deluxe Double QP and a Bacon Double QP. We never get our order correctly the first time, but the staff is always very kind and caring when we go in to have the order fixed. Be patient with them. They’re human.

We have sat here waiting for fries and two cheeseburgers for an hour and a half there is people standing around not doing anything they keep bringing out bags with numbers nobody has and this is an absolute disaster worst McDonalds I’ve literally ever been to.

If you go inside all you hear is buzzers timers loud beeps. Instead of having a quiet atmosphere with some background music all you hear is alarms from the back going off.
