Met a childhood friend for lunch during buffet. Food and service and atmosphere was all phenomenal in my opinion 👌

The food was okay. We waited to be seated until one of two workers got off their phones - if the manager didn't come by to motivate them, I'm not sure they would have been as quick. Once we got our food, the server let me reach for the hot plate, not telling me that it is hot. After I grabbed it and dropped it on the table, the server laughed at me. We had to grab our own silverware after he left to the back room.

The servers just couldn't care any less to wait their tables and have incredibly disrespectful and poor service. I used to have a high opinion of Sergio's, but I don't think I'll visit this location again

Upon arriving so greatest by friendly staff. The place is tastefully decorated. Service was quick. The menu shows all these mouthwatering photos. Our food arrived fir the two of us in this group.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible! This location is a total gem! Same amazing food and warm, welcoming service you expect from Sergio’s. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, but the cheesecake chimichangas are next level… I think I could eat a million of them. The team here clearly puts their heart into what they do. If you haven’t been yet, this is your sign to go support this spot! You’ll be glad you did!

Good food. Good service. Atmosphere is too bright inside. Minimal draft beer choices. Only margaritas available were from a machine making frozen. They couldn't make a margaritas on the rocks.

Carna asada was pitiful. Tough , Dry , cold. Wifes chicken was better. But overall not a great experience.

I'm from out of state start here for work had this meal and it was the best I have ever had if I was a local here I would definitely be eating here at least twice a week cuz of how good it was even got one to take home with me on the road cuz it was so good

Best Mexican food in Southern Illinois! Quesadilla Fajita w/chicken will change your life. Always ask about margarita specials! Can’t go wrong with a jumbo on the rocks though. The guacamole is always fresh and the white queso “cheese dip” is my favorite! Chips are ALWAYS hot and fresh!!!
Warning: The salsa tends to be on the spicy side, so I’ve heard you can ask for mild. I prefer the heat!
**if you don’t like cilantro- tell your server no cilantro**

I have gotten take out twice now from them and both times were great. Food looks and taste great. Only I'd improve would be the second time it said my food was ready but it wasn't done yet and that is probably on the service used for take outs side.

Had the Perfect Chicken and it was exactly that! So much for a lunch portion it was taken as leftovers and fed 2 more meals
