If you can think of something that might go wrong, it likely will at this Taco Bell. Let me tell you about my recent visit.
Pulled up to drive thru and there was 1 car. They had one customer inside as well. I ordered a #7 which on the menu says "Chicken quesadilla with 1 crunchy taco" She kept speaking over me asking me.. Chicken or steak.. crunchy or soft? (seems she dosent know the menu)
I got to the window and she hands me sweet tea with two ice cubes floating in it and ask me to pull forward. I sit there for 10 mins.
I get my food, my crunchy taco has been goo smashed all along the side of it. My quesadilla is missing the sauce, its just chicken and cheese. Also the temp was off, wait 10 mins and the food somehow was still not hot. Total time there was 15 mins.
It PAINS me to know they are making at least 14.00 a hour when they are not worth 5 bucks a hour.

Every time I come here my order is wrong, even when they repeat it multiple times. Not once have I been satisfied at this location.

The hours state open until midnight however it was precisely 11:15 when I arrived and they were closed on a FRIDAY night.... unacceptable...

I was waiting in drive thru about 3min before i said "hello"? A lady answered, "i'll be with yiu in a min" another car pulls up behind, leaving in after about 2min, and i still wait. Another 2-3min go by and i say "hello" again. Same lady comes on, "i said it will be a few min" and i say" i was just wondering brcause you haven't said anything" "well, we are short staffed..." i said i understand" and i hear "the nerve of some...." i pulled away and was able to get around.I was about to.spend $30 on a meal for 3 and after the smart attitude and snarky tone, it was not worth $30 of my hard earned $$!!Maybe you should train your employees of how to deal with stressful situations, othereise you will lose more business.

they need to shut this place down. fire the black girl with the red hair she was beyond rude and stuck up. took forever to get two soft potato tacos and when i did i swear they are a day old. potato’s were burnt and they had no sauce on them. i ended up spitting it out the flavor was so bad it genuinely taste like a week old burrito. you’d think the city would have closed them down by now

It’s one of the places you can go to eat. Do notice how I did not say “to get food”. They do not serve food. The service… it takes some time. I listened to the entire Little Runmo soundtrack and a sizable portion of the Amazing Digital Circus tracks while waiting for my burrito. The burrito was just ok but they stuffed the beans and beef vertically instead of horizontally. Hearing “Waltz of the Meatball Man” in the KFC/Taco Bell drive through did teach me a lesson about my place in the universe, however. That’s all.
