Sometimes tomatoes show up in Caesar salad or wraps, guacamole in a chicken caprese sandwich, plain white rice with the quesadilla... recipes are not correct & food is bland. They need flavor by far.

For the Naperville location on Freedom & Diehl: THEY CONSISTENTLY LEAVE OUT INGREDIENTS! Any decent place would inform you that they are out of half of the ingredients needed to make what you ordered. Not here. They keep their mouths shut so that you don't find out until you've already left. Based on the frequency this happens, the staff's lack of sympathy towards the situation, and the fact that it should be a common sense thing... I can only assume that they are TRAINED TO RIP YOU OFF. If you're into bad ethics, mediocre food, and boring menu options, eat here! Also their bread is low quality. Pros: convenient & boar's head deli meats/cheeses (or so they say)
