You'll quickly realize you're in a special place once you walk in and can smell the butter in the air from making croissants. Had croissant, lemon tart, and macarons. Everything was delicious. The only problem I have is that the lemon tart wasn't larger. It was so delicious I wish I would have bought a dozen, although I would have ate them in one sitting. The croissant was airy and flavorful. I didn't try the macarons but we're told they were good.

This is my favorite bakery in the suburbs, no contest. After visiting France, I was hoping to find a place with authentic French baked goods. À la Folie has the best pastries you can get. They have a rotating selection and seasonal offerings. I love that everything is made fresh and delicious. I come here at least once a week. Highly recommend!

We finally got to try this bakery after wanting to for so long — and it did not disappoint! Both the pastries and the service were fantastic. We had chocolate croissants and a box of macarons, and both were an absolute delight.
Our new favorite place. Their ham and cheese croissants are A+. Their macaroons- chefs kiss. Their plain croissants are like buttery pillows. Everything we’ve tried we have loved. We try to go most weekends since discovering them. Cute place worth the visit for anyone who wants traditional Parisian desserts or breads.

I love croissants and they have the perfect croissants. Better than the ones at Bouchon bakery in Las Vegas or the ones at the La Fournette in Chicago. They need to open a second store in DT Naperville for better access.
