2 stars because the tea I bought is amazing but my friend and I walked in and we weren’t greeted and we were barely acknowledged by staff and we were the only customers in store. We felt like we were almost intrusive to the staff and we quickly selected our teas and left. It was my first time at this store and I really wanted someone to walk with us and recommend different teas and talk to us. Moving forward, I will restock online.

The tea was delicious and they gave me two samples to take home!

I’ve come here a few times. The selection is fairly extensive and you may take a leap of faith on some choices. No one said hello to me or greeted me once in store. I was the only customer. I spent a great deal of time browsing selections. Not once did Peggy ask if I needed assistance. Products and store are good but engaging and greeting the customer would go a long way. I could over hear her telling the new hire directives like “no” as opposed to a more teaching approach. That was all I heard while shopping. No greeting, no music.. that was my shopping soundtrack. If you spend near $50, a few samples would have been appreciated. Thank god I picked up an herbal tea.

Walked in was greeted and I had to ask for help asked fir Arnica Tea I understand they don't carry it but they didn't try to ask what its for or recommend another tea!! The 3 employees continued on there conversation and no customer service at all! Will not recommend this place or ever come back!

First time at this store and they have a deal- buy 4 bags get the 5th bag free. I was able to try 3 samples today and it helped in making my decisions in which ones to buy. The sales lady was helpful when I had questions.

Amazing tea selection that you don't typically see elsewhere. The workers are very sweet and knowledgeable, they will even let you try a few teas in-store. I mentioned briefly that I drink decaf but was shopping for somebody who drinks caffeinated teas, and the worker gave me a few decaf samples with my order. Their attention-to-detail was lovely.

So many teas, amazing staff and also gave free teas based on what you ordered. Definitely coming here again! Very good quality tea as well!

Adagio has some od the best teas! I love the teas, varieties of honey and the friendly atmosphere.

Wide variety of teas and very helpful staff.

This is an awesome shop. The front was under construction so I couldn’t show the entrance but it was still easily accessible. The selection and variety was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you like looseleaf and/or bagged tea. I will be shopping here again in the near future.
