Nice strawberry Shortcake dessert. I like the location (in or near Naperville), and the locations in Countryside Hodgkins Illinois. I do not like the location on Lagrange Road, in Lagrange. This location gives you a smudge of ice cream (very little) with a hard stale biscuit.

I've been a fan of Andy's since about 1991, when I lived in Missouri's Capitol building and worked a territory that included visiting the schools, banks and resorts of Lake Ozark and Osage Beach most Thursdays.
People there were really friendly then, and with family in Oklahoma and Texas, Andy's became a treat of choice for my wife and me.
You doing mind the lines at locations when you have been sitting for eight hours! great treats along 12 hour drives. The place hires young people and teaches them great customer service.

I went here on a hot day with some friends a couple years back, and it did not disappoint. I am a loyal member of the rewards program and love going there often. With plenty of delicious options to choose from and even a BYO (build your own) option if you want to customize your order, Andy’s truly has everything to make your taste buds go “wow!” It has a unique design that has glass in the front so you can see how they make their custard (yes it is made VERY fresh) and on the right you order through a window then within a couple minutes you get your delicious custard. They even have a treat for your furry friend if you ask for a pup cup, they will give you a little sample cone with some vanilla ice cream which my dog loves. They give you a nice big spoon because you will want to get every last bit out of the cup, and a couple napkins because they know it will get messy. It is wheelchair accessible because there is a ramp to get up to the front to order, and plenty of parking so everybody can enjoy the deliciousness of Andy’s Frozen Custard
3 delicious treats for my family on a hot summer day. Waited less than 2 mins and we were all happily eating in the Parking lot. Loved our experience here
