I always come here when it’s that time of the month, Andy’s ice cream makes me feel better, always delicious. I feel bad for the employees that have to be out in the weather though.

This place is amazing, delicious ice cream and the staff are so nice and friendly. I always have a pleasure to purchase from them, also is not so far from the library and park.

We've been going to Andy's for over 10yrs and never had any issues. Last night my niece wanted to try frozen custard for the first time as she's visiting from overseas, so she was excited to try Andy's as we always talk about how great it is. But the cashier last night, a kid wearing an arm sleeve had such an attitude, both with my wife and I. To be clear, the issue was only with the cashier. The staff who prepared the desserts were great, friendly and nice. Needless to say, we'll probably end up going elsewhere next time.

This store manager failed to honor a discount nomal given freely to uniformed personnel and threated me with notifying my comand. He claimed asking for a discount, normally freely given, was against the law, its not by illinois law. This morning he tried to say it was a misunderstanding, saying he didnt say those things. He tried to appogize, i told him i did not accept his duscraceful appology. Then he hung up on me. my wife and i heard the same thing. Discraceful.

Arrived at 11:26am this morning (Friday) during operating hours and there is not a single employee at the walk up windows or drive thru. Literally not a human to be seen inside the store. Had to double check that I had their hours right and sure enough it says open on Google and on their posted hours in their window. Not a great look Andy’s

No other ice cream establishment can surpass Andy's in my opinion. Excellent value for my money, enjoying both quality and quantity. My personal favorite is the stolen brownie sundae, although they offer great variety, including seasonal selections.

A trip to Andy's has become a tradition. We love the products and service. Getting in the drive-thru line has issues: some cars go around the building and cut the line. Lines form into the street, etc. We still think it's worth the trip and any wait involved!!

5 star for food. Zero star for staff and Kevin the Arrogant, condescending, misogynistic, racist, disrespectful store manager - Kevin. No wonder the entire staff were callous when Kevin was disrespectful to us. Pathetic!:

Just ordered sundae from Andy’s at 95th street. The person who took the order and ringed us didn’t take the order correctly- we asked for extra pecans. When I asked for what I wanted, he asked us to pay additional charges and we did. He then made a rude statement and schooled us how to order!. I told him it’s rude and inappropriate to talk to a customer. He then said “ok man”. I asked for the receipt and he shut the door on us and walked away!

Andy’s - seriously this is how you train your store employees. His name is Kevin and he is the store manager. Rude behavior and Rude Andy’s facility!

On Saturday on July 27, at approximately 13:00 Went to get myself an Ice Cream. I Wasn’t too happy with one of their employees. He was a young Hispanic man, and was very rude to me. Next time when i see the own I’m gonna report him .. if you don’t like your job. Don’t work there.. I’m a full time tiktoker. I go around and rate places and see how the employees treats the customers.
