Andy’s, your custard is solid but for this kids sundae almost $5! And I use the term sundae loosely as a sundae typically includes some type of fudge or Carmel, but no, you want your child to get half a spoon of sprinkles then fudge is extra. WILD. Never coming here again, the price does not match the quality or quantity.

BOY WAS RUDE. I was talking to someone for less than 30 seconds after our ice cream was ready, and the man at the window knocked aggressively and made a mean remark. not cool. ice cream is good tho

Andy's always has great custard. For the amount of money you spend on their delicious treats, when you write a complaint, and never hear anything back, that is a problem.I ordered 2 things. My husband's was fine. Mine, I got half way through and bit into a PLASTIC bag piece. There's $8 that got thrown away. I worked at an ice cream place growing up and thing happen but to not hear back is very disappointing.
