Well Angeli's, I am giving up. I have been coming here so often for 25 years. But every time I order for delivery or pick up, it is the same mistakes (wrong items, missing items). Seems other reviews say the same thing. Then I call in and you want me to drive back to Naperville to fix it. No one ever offers to mail me a gift card for the items I did not receive which would be a simple answer and not the inconvenience of making me drive back there for your mistake (they can't do a refund over the phone). I am not looking for anything free, just what I paid for or being reimbursed for what I did not get in my order. Every time they say an owner will call me. What is that helping? You still send a messed up order the next time.
Best food hands down in Naperville, but carry out service and customer service is lacking and nothing is done to fix the mistakes.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 60 people recently and everything was just perfect. The food, drinks, servers were A+. Tony was wonderful to work with in the planning of the event, even after we nearly doubled the size of our group. The bar area was the ideal setting for a wedding rehearsal dinner/welcome party for wedding guests. Everyone raved about the whole experience, I highly recommend Angeli's.

Placed a carry out order, so can’t speak on the atmosphere. The portions are generous but the flavor is kind of lacking. The veggie sides were steamed with a weird taste, and the shrimp diavolo sauce was watery and lacking that bold punch. They also forgot an item which I discovered only when I got home, so I drove back to get it. No apology was offered from the MOD, which was disappointing and a restaurant industry faux pas.

I am just wondering how far can you go to cut costs? I bet that the 14in Pizza had maybe just maybe 4 Oz of dough, the little sausage balls tasted like they found them at the bottom of some old freezer from 5 years ago! And wait there is more,so imagine a pizza with dough that was as thick as a credit card and the same texture,what they call a crust was rock hard! So the wife and I decided to share the Lasagna,now that was a mistake,I bet that it had more salt then anything else in it,terrible and disappointing!

Food was mostly bland. Chicken was cooked to death and tough and pasta wasn't seasoned. Veal was good though. Service was almost non-existent. Not bad service but the waiters were running around and didn't pay much attention to customers. What you would expect from highschool kids. Atmosphere was as expected from a restaurant in a strip mall. Not bad. Price for the food and service felt too much. Also, the waiters made us think the soup/salad were part of the entree which were separate items. What made overall rating move a star down was the amount of flies in the restaurant! Which made it very annoying to eat and have a conversation. Management should really do something about that.
