I would give them a zero If I could. I ordered 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwichs tonight & both of them were undercooked . Had to go back to have them remake. I will never go to this Arby's again !! Also manager and a young man opened the sandwichs that I gave back to them to check if they were indeed undercooked. I didn't see either of them wash there hands after handling eaten food so Gross & disgusting.
I ordered on the Arby's app and it was very easy to place order and modify my choices. This Arby's was very clean and the food was ready at the time I chose for pick up. The staff friendly and courteous. I ordered the two for six menu and got a classic roast beef and a crispy fish sandwich. Both sandwiches were very tasty! I will definitely be going back here for my lunches!

Yes I ordered a chicken wrap and they gave me a the wrong wrap with actually was delicious. Worked late tonight and decided to try it again. As I was ordering online I saw that you can download the app l, so I did and they had a 50% off deal in the app. What a scam because tonight the wrap was a 1/4 of the size. Also, I can tell that the mozzarella sticks I ordered were reheated. What a disappointment
I ordered through the drive thru last Friday and requested a lemonade with light ice. Immediately after I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to medium. I said yes only to receive a small child sized drink and medium fries. The specialty drink only comes in small and large. The fries were overcooked and the drink was watery. I called the next day and asked for the manager that identified herself as Jess. When I told her my issue her response was why didn't I call the same day and that the drinks were made fresh everyday. She wouldn't provide me with her manager's name or contact information and offered no refund or complimentary meal. I will no longer patronize this location. Make sure you check your food thoroughly before pulling off. It was very frustrating because Arby's is quite expensive.
