Super taco and burger was good but hotdogs were cold and fries tasted old

Will say the service is super friendly and good. Been there a couple times now and it's more old school type food - lots of fried items, but even the philly chicken is pretty heavy/greasy. Food tasted pretty decent but just not something my body will tolerate very often. Also a bit bogus they charge a "service fee" for what amounts to a fast food joint.

I need someone who's not afraid to "spice things up" This place is good, Kinda Average Folks are Friendly You know it sucks that places have to cook "safe" By "safe" I mean - "seasonably " It's becoming more and more common that foods are prepared kinda bland It is this just the Illinois way? (I'm not native) Seems like Ronda are cooked bland then add lemon pepper I'm going back to I'll try the cheesesteak and the gyros before forming a definite decision

Such nice and wonderful people. I grew up in Chicago so Harold’s/JJ’s were a staple for me and this place is right up there. Lemon pepper wings, mild sauce, Pepsi products, all the best. The Philly steak is also incredible. Will be a regular here!!
We placed a large catering order and it was ready very quickly. Food was good. Service was good, helped us put together the order.

Popped in for my Lent Friday fish fix. I went with the standard fish sandwich, but had immediate regret over not getting the catfish sandwich because it looked amazing. The buns they use are elevated. Not sure if it was brioche, but it was very similar. Toasted, but not crispy, warm, but not soggy. The fish was great and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh (you could really tell). Cheese fries were also above-average. I'll be back to check out some of their other items. The Italian beef wrap looks incredible.

I'm giving this place 1 star for scamming me out of a service charge fee. This is NOT a restaurant, there is no waiter and there are NO extra services provided. Service charge fees go DIRECTLY to the owner of the business. They are stealing money from people. This is a fast food business where you order to go or stay and eat. There is absolutely no reason why this place should be charging customers a service charge.

A friend brought us here, and will say the catfish nuggets were some of the best I've had around here. Jalapeno poppers were on point, the lemon shake they ask if you want at the end of the nuggets ?? The guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly wasn't afraid to give off customer and his own favorites from each section. Awesome place.
