The Ball Factory is clean, staff friendly, and snacks reasonably priced. I have taken my grandchildren there three times. They have the best time ever!

Hosted my daughter’s birthday there! The kids had a blast and the our helper/ host was very helpful! The service from the staff was great and it’s such a clean place too!
Took my kids today. They charge parent a fee to watch their kids play. I didn’t bring socks because I wasn’t going to play. Workers are walking all over the carpet area with street shoes but I was asked to go to leave the play area because I had shoes on. Online it should say you need socks to be in play area. Disappointing. Won’t be back.
So much for kids it’s a great way to get your kids moving and active
Fun place for a lot babies, toddlers, and older kids. We spend hours here. Really turned out the kiddos. They have food available here as well such as pizza, hotdogs, nuggets etc.
We celebrated my daughter’s 2nd birthday here and it was amazing. I was able to do ALL of the planning online. Being from out of town ability to do things online was very important. Additionally this place was exceptionally clean (bathrooms and all) and the staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. It wasn’t too big of a venue and all guests (ages 1-11) found something to do. I can’t say enough about this place

The young lady and young man at the counter were very helpful.
We came in with the family to celebrate my grandsons birthday and because we didn’t book a room I couldn’t bring in his present. We live 2 hours away and came specifically here to celebrate…..It was one gift….geez. Also there were 10 of us so we pushed a third table over and we were told we couldn’t do that…..geez again. Never coming here again…going to Hyper Kids instead.
The staff is slow for entry, there is no control between the spaces for the different ages of the children.
My son had a birthday party for my grandson. I was very impressed. The children had a great time. The staff was very kind and on top of things. Everything was being cleaned all the time. The room was ample for pizza and cake and a place to decorate and keep gifts. The kids were 3-12, but mostly younger. I would definitely suggest it to others
