Mom got me this cake for my birthday the writing is horrible. This is so rude and disrespectful that they completely messed up the writing. Why didn’t they have a skilled person do it or redo it if they messed up… it looks horrible and embarrassing…. It ruins the cake…. Was the writing done by a toddler. The dark purple doesn’t even match.., they should have done light purple but they could have at least done the writing well no wonder the reviews are horrible for you guys and you have a 2.9…
I have gone through Uber eats many times to order ice cream over the last couple of years from this store on 95th St in Naperville. About four days ago, was the fourth time that what was prepared by someone in the store was not what I ordered. When I call in nobody answers. I was lucky enough this last time to get a very sweet teenager who said they would correct the last two orders because that was what was most recent for me to provide and prove. She also gave me the manager’s name and the assistant manager. This evening I talked to Alfonso, the manager, who was immediately argumentative. He stated he needed to see what was done and look at the receipt. He asked where the ice cream was and I said it was eaten. He said you should’ve brought it back. No I didn’t need to bring it back and you can’t take it back. He became argumentative more so, was mumbling under his breath, making comments of it was really eaten or not, and then speaking clearly, putting me down and complaining. I told him not to argue with a customer and it’s not the customers problem your workers havent appropriately filled an order more than one time. He said he would fill a part of the order since I kept what was not filled properly. Then he was lifting the big empty ice cream container above his head and gesturing it towards me a little bit to prove it was empty. I told him I sincerely hope that was not a threat and I asked for his manager’s name. He told me he’s the manager, and I said you know you have somebody above you, either a general manager or a district manager. He said I am the manager. I said well then I will just go straight to corporate and he again Started arguing and being disrespectful talking about me out loud as he’s walking around. He even started mouthing off about it to one of his employees, not giving any thought that it may make the employee uncomfortable. He then put the ice cream somewhere else that I would’ve had to have walked to get it so I told him he needed to bring it to where I’m standing. He brought it to me finally and tried to be nice to tell me he’ll get more of the flavor. Poor mgmt, no social skills, not teaching his employees well with his behavior and frankly immature. I’ll be reporting to corporate.

WOW!! SUCH A FANTASTIC LOCATION OF BASKIN-ROBBINS!!! ME AND MY FAMILY ACTUALLY LIVE IN ONTARIO, CANADA. WE WENT TO USA TO VISIT MY DAD'S ELDER BROTHER AND OUR COUSINS. SO, ALL OF US TOGETHER, DECIDED THAT WE WILL GO TO BASKIN-ROBBINS TO HAVE SOME ICE CREAM. BY THE WAY, BACK IN CANADA, ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BASKIN-ROBBINS ICE CREAM ON A REGULAR BASIS. SO OF COURSE, WE WANTED TO HAVE BASKIN-ROBBINS ICE CREAM IN THE USA TOO. THE ICE CREAM WAS REALLY GOOD WHICH I HAD, ALTHOUGH I KINDA FORGOT THE FLAVOUR. BUT OVERALL, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OF BASKIN-ROBBINS TO EVERYONE OUT THERE!!!
Ordered a custom cake and when I went to pick it up they forgot to make it….the night before the party. I also had to stand around for 40 minutes that I didn’t have while they figured out what happened which was just oops we didn’t make it. I had to buy whatever they had premade on the shelf and it wasn’t the kind of cake my son wanted. He helped me order it and was super disappointed.
This place is always dirty and when I asked the manager I was told that they don't clean up and wait till closing!
Hand packed quart we picked up tonight had 2 strands of long hair. Gag...
