Me and my wife went there at 11 am on 11/04/2023. We took first bowl then went for second bowl and find more than one long hair pieces in the food. We called server she is very polite and surprised seeing hair and apologized but they still charged the food. We left immediate from there. I believe hair is the from the chef - guy with long hair without cover frying. Sur

Very nice place for the price. The staff is very friendly. I had the general tsos chicken and I liked very much. Some of my family did not like it. I liked it because it was actually crispy with a great blend of sweet yet spicy combo. The all you can eat bowls are great for the price yet pretty limited on the selections. Over all I thought it was a very nice place to go.

Highly disappointed with the food. We ordered create your own bowl and fried rice for delivery. The food was cold, chicken was dry, meatless chicken was bad, barely saw any Brussel sprouts. Broccoli and peapods were undercooked.Fried rice quantity is less. First and last time here, wanted to remember flat top grill from Chicago downtown.

This place has really gone downhill. The food is overpriced and the experience is meh. Used to be a great place for a group, now between the prices and atmosphere you might be like is trying to bail before the rest of our party arrives to another restaurant. Only highlight was our server was awesome.
I didn't get bad service.I just got no service on a carry out order though.Maybe the dine in service is different. Was my 1st time hereWas literally ignored ?. Twice. Once when I went in to ask about it and again when I came back to check on it. But I will say the staff seems to like eachother cause they were having a nice time it sounded like.

Good food, good location, good company. The food is fresh. We went in a Thursday for lunch so it wasnt so crowded, it looked like the only had 2 people working the day we went, and they alternated hosting, seating folks, and cooking. But service went well and did not suffer, and we had no long waits for service.

It was our first and last time at this place. No one really told us what to do which was annoying. They delivered food to the table but we had to chase down silverware. My food tasted so burnt that I couldn’t even eat it, the rice was complete mush. Nothing was really all that kid friendly either. They have little kids menus to draw on but no crayons.

We had a Birthday Party for my 60 year old son at BD's Mongolian BBQ. First, working with staff Sammy and Veronica was refreshing they were awesome to work with. My reservation and arrangements were ?. We were given an area that we could decorate and arrange for our party and the General Manager, Kirsten, helped me decorate and arrange for the party. The food was awesome and our waitress Alaina did a great job. Overall we had a blast they even made a wild hat for the Birthday Guy. Thank You for an awesome Birthday Party experience.

Very gross, the dish that I ordered cost $15. The shrimp were the size of my pencil eraser. And the dish is drenched in over salty sauce that tastes way too salty and sweet. Also the dish is drenched in oil from the pan. The lemonade tastes like straight up sugar in a cup. And I could tell the servers were disengaged with their jobs and looked like they wanted to go home. Also the music is so loud that you can’t even have a conversation. And what for? There are only 3 people here… Overall, 1 star….
