The food here is always hot and fresh, always ready within 5-15min, and relatively affordable, but it's the staff that maintain our loyal patronage. They are incredibly personable, hard working, fast, and efficient. They always remember our names and even our orders! They give great recommendations, and are very kind and sweet to my children. We like the food, but we love the people at Big Apple Bagels.
Fresh bagels every day and they have a great selection of cream cheese as well. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are the best and they have very friendly service. It makes my day whenever I stop in, in the morning and get my bagels and coffee and of course a breakfast sandwich!
I can’t say enough about the customer service at this place. I come here first and foremost because the bagels are the best and I love their breakfast sandwiches but I have never been treated better anywhere.
