microwaving eggs in plastic container is as low & lazy as it gets.. get an electric griddle and provide a proper sandwich

It's a shame you can't rate the owner and their choices on this review. I understand their franchises, but they should be up to Big Apple Bagel standards at ALL stores. Not listing what kind of bagels you have online and then having to call or wait in the very long line is absurd. Try updating your website... Saying there are seasonal flavors but have your staples on there Also, not accepting coupons when all other stores do just speaks to you're store as well

The food here is always hot and fresh, always ready within 5-15min, and relatively affordable, but it's the staff that maintain our loyal patronage. They are incredibly personable, hard working, fast, and efficient. They always remember our names and even our orders! They give great recommendations, and are very kind and sweet to my children. We like the food, but we love the people at Big Apple Bagels.

These are the best bagels I’ve ever had. They are nice and fluffy on the inside not hard and chewy. They are a little pricy but they make my day. I drive half an hour for these bagels and they are well worth it. Don’t go to the Aurora location tho they undercooked my bagels. Just make sure to order a day in advance if you are wanting to the dozen deal!

Best bagels around by far!!! Worth a drive even if its not super close. Picked up bagels on a busy Saturday morning and it was service was still very quick! But best of all there was just a happy vibe in there!

Bagles are good and offer different types of cream cheese. Breakfast sandwiches are microwaved. Will be back for bagles, not the breakfast sandwiches.
Owner was really kind. Bagels were amazing. I like that it’s open later into the day (open until 4 pm!!) My sisters and I were very pleased. I’ll go here whenever I’m in the area now :-) Prices are fair and the everything bagel is phenomenal.

We come here almost every week. I love their breakfast blt sandwich! Their bagels are so fresh, the staff is so friendly, and I love how the owner knows his regular customers who often pop in when we are there too. It’s very sweet and not your average customer service. This will always be a favorite spot for our family.
