Ordered a goat biryani family pack of 4, hardly any meat. Not worth it.

Worst experience in a long while. VERY RUDE and "ran out " of the first 2 things I wanted to order. They recommended a mutton dish that had 3 small pieces of meat that were mostly BONES and charged me $17.00 for that and a pile of rice! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Very disappointed!! #whataJOKE

Vegetarian options: What a SHIT HOLE !!!

Chicken tandoori was mostly uncooked. On calling to explain the problem, we were told some people prefer partially cooked chicken (isn't uncooked chicken a health hazard?). They would not refund. Only willing to put a credit on my name for next time. No plans of ever going there again.

The curry itself was ok. Just ok. But the chicken inside was ROCK hard! Like couldnt even put on a fork hard! We are trying to get a refund from door dash but no response!

If the owner can fix this privately with me we can talk

We visited this restaurant for a quick lunch, arriving 20 minutes before they opened. The owner warmly welcomed us and took our order, allowing us to sit and eat early. We ordered the Chicken 65 Roll and Sheesh Kabab Roll, both of which were excellent. The prices were reasonable for both items. We also tried their tea, which was very good. It's rare to find a place with both great customer service and food, but this restaurant delivered. We will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

Ordered a boneless chicken biryani for $15! The amount of rice they put in the bowl was great. Could've used a little more chicken though..

I recently visited Biryani Pot in Gurnee Mills and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was pleasant, but the food left something to be desired.

I ordered the Chicken Biryani, and while it was good, it didn’t live up to my expectations, especially given the restaurant’s biryani-themed name. There is definitely room for improvement in the flavor and overall preparation.

The second dish I ordered was the Mutton Curry, which was quite disappointing. It was overly oily, and some of the goat meat had very little meat on the bones. This made the dish less enjoyable and not up to the standard I was hoping for.

While there were some positives, I think there’s significant potential for improvement, particularly with the dishes that are supposed to be their specialties. I hope to see better quality in the future.

Chicken tikka masala - 14.99 for a very small box and tasted like tomato paste. Total ripoff.

Went here after placing an order online for biryani. I got here around 7 pm to pick it up and he’s telling me they cancelled the order because they’re out of biryani. Horrible experience
