Horrible service, Pedro has a horrible attitude. He didn’t want to give me my food I paid for after I confirmed and already paid through the app. Pedro also stated that the company does not gain any money or benefits from anybody that’s ordering off of too good to go app. He basically stated he does not care about how anybody that order off of too good to go app customer experience or encounter with the restaurant.

I come from Bartlett to Naperville just to eat wraps. They only have 2 locations one in downtown Chicago and one in Naperville.

I just ordered from here for the first time. I had the beef kabob wrap combo with the sweet potato fries. I really enjoyed the sauce they used in the wrap. As well, their sweet and spicy ketchup was great. The food had great flavor, and I'll def order from them again!

Buttery flaky paratha roll wraps with super savory fillings like lamb curry and classic chicken tikka. A bit pricey at $7/roll when you need two to get full. Maybe offer a value combo of two wraps for a discounted price of maybe $12.
They checked me out so fast I couldn’t sign up for and earn some rewards on my first visit here, which I’m a sucker for.

They were pretty good when they started but the food quality has gone bad. Their paneer or tikka have less fillings , taste is below average .

I love me some indian food & tried this fast-casual spot for the 1st time recently. I was intrigued by the counter-serve concept & their claim of affordability since my budget is tight & I'm often on the go.
🌱 I explored their website & menu online ahead of time, & I was happy to see that they claimed to offer wild rice (more nutrient-dense & natural than common rice options) & their menu was marked to indicate vegan & gluten-free options, which I appreciate since I am vegan, GF, & conscious of healthier food options.
When I stopped in tho, the lady at the counter said they no long offer wild rice, only white rice with peas. Bummer. But I tried a bowl anyways with potatoes, all of the veggie fixings & vegan sauces of green chutney & sweet red chutney. It was cool that the bowl included all those toppings for an affordable price, & that the vegan/GF options were also clearly marked at their counter 🙌🏽👏🏽
The lady who served me was kind & attentive as well as willing to answer any questions that I had. This was nice to see. She also gave me a coupon for free samosas on my next visit. I asked if the samosas were GF & she seemed uncertain but said she was pretty sure they were gluten-free. I checked the website afterward to learn that the samosas are NOT GF. So, I couldnt use the coupon.
The bowl was tasty & satisfying & I appreciated the friendly experience & affordability. Though I'm not a fan of staff having uncertainty on their offerings, being informed behind the counter is important. I also dont like when the online menu doesnt accurately convey what they actually offer... I came for the wild rice just to learn they didnt offer it. I wish they had more protein options too, like tofu for example, which is common at other indian spots. On a second visit during dinner hours they also didn't have any rice asking customers to wait 20 mins while they made some. I had to go somewhere else to eat bc I didn't have the time to wait. Its important to ensure the counter is prepped ahead of rush times bc fast-casual means we shouldnt have to wait.
I might give them another chance, but hope to see improvements in these areas. Otherwise nice people & tasty food 💙

Restaurantji Recommends
The food was good (I ordered chicken burrito and lamb wrap), nice flavors and tasted fresh. The sweet potato fries were excellent too. Portion sizes were fair for the price. Definitly one of my favorite lunch spots during work.

I am a frequent customer of this place and I recommend it 100%.
Excellent food, friendly and professional service, good atmosphere, but I want to comment on all those people who are rude and inhuman with the people behind the counter.
On my last visit I was enjoying my dinner when a couple arrived with a baby (he was crying a lot). The woman was noticeably upset and very rude to the employees, she ordered several dishes and in the end she didn't want them, she only insulted the people who were working and left the place.
I think that the people of this and all establishments that offer customer service deserve respect since they are only doing their job and trying to offer the best service to their customers.
How bad for those types of people who hate themselves!!

This place is the utter worst management and worst service! They say they are open till 9 but whenever we go around 8,8:15, they are either closed or run out of paneer! And then they throw an attitude and talk rudely to the customer that for one customer they won’t take out the whole batch of paneer just for one customer.
If the restaurant says open till “9” why do they close early and also the portions are horrible the bald guy with glasses has an angry face. Very disservice with this place as it has so much potential but will never visit this place and will open a complaint with the higher ups.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was stale, disgusting, and clearly very low quality — it felt like it had been sitting out far too long.
When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Marcus, he showed no concern at all. Instead of addressing the issue, he dismissed it and told me I could “add a review as I prefer.” That response shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
If you value fresh food and decent service, stay far away from this place.

Near and clean but not sure about their halal menu.
It would be better to have display if they really maintain halal. Lassi was good.
