The food was good (I ordered chicken burrito and lamb wrap), nice flavors and tasted fresh. The sweet potato fries were excellent too. Portion sizes were fair for the price. Definitly one of my favorite lunch spots during work.

I am a frequent customer of this place and I recommend it 100%.
Excellent food, friendly and professional service, good atmosphere, but I want to comment on all those people who are rude and inhuman with the people behind the counter.
On my last visit I was enjoying my dinner when a couple arrived with a baby (he was crying a lot). The woman was noticeably upset and very rude to the employees, she ordered several dishes and in the end she didn't want them, she only insulted the people who were working and left the place.
I think that the people of this and all establishments that offer customer service deserve respect since they are only doing their job and trying to offer the best service to their customers.
How bad for those types of people who hate themselves!!

This place is the utter worst management and worst service! They say they are open till 9 but whenever we go around 8,8:15, they are either closed or run out of paneer! And then they throw an attitude and talk rudely to the customer that for one customer they won’t take out the whole batch of paneer just for one customer.
If the restaurant says open till “9” why do they close early and also the portions are horrible the bald guy with glasses has an angry face. Very disservice with this place as it has so much potential but will never visit this place and will open a complaint with the higher ups.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was stale, disgusting, and clearly very low quality — it felt like it had been sitting out far too long.
When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Marcus, he showed no concern at all. Instead of addressing the issue, he dismissed it and told me I could “add a review as I prefer.” That response shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
If you value fresh food and decent service, stay far away from this place.

Near and clean but not sure about their halal menu.
It would be better to have display if they really maintain halal. Lassi was good.

Quantity size for chicken tikka + rice was embarrassingly small. Smaller than a kids portion.
Poor quality. Dry, and lacks flavor.
Food quality is ok but quantity is very less for $15 bowl. I will not recommend to buy. It’s too expensive for the quality and quantity of the food. They missed to provide spoons which is basic thing. Anyways I’m not mad about spoon however for the quantity for $15 bowl which is way less for small kids as well. Good luck to these greedy people.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is basically just an overpriced chicken salad. The ingredients don’t taste all that fresh and the staff seem like they hate their life.
It was pretty clean though!
Visited during lunch hours on a Saturday afternoon with three others. Dined in with no wait. Ordered four different items from the menu including a a paneer roll, chickpea chana bowl, chicken tikka bowl, and messy fries. All items tasted good. Would recommend to others and I would definitely visit again for lunch.

I am a disabled veteran due to combat injuries and I have a trained service dog. My family and I were up in Aurora for a soccer tournament that our 12 year old daughter was in. On the way to our hotel in Naperville we stopped by there to eat. We were DENIED entry and DISCRIMINATED against due to me clean, healthy, fully trained service dog. It is a Federal violation of ADA law and federal policies.
First time at Bombay Eats with my family!
It’s a chipotle based concept eats serving wraps and bowls with an option of adding Indian sauces.
Customer service was friendly and efficient.
The food is a bit pricey for the quantity that is given.
The restaurant has a nice clean ambiance with red lighting which suites the style of Bombay.

Don't employ people who are least interested in serving. Fast food does not mean literally throwing ingredients on the cold roti. As soon as one opens up to eat, the whole thing falls apart because the roll was never wrapped the way it is supposed to be.
