Good location! I’m a BWW regular and I have no problem waiting for my takeout when it’s so fresh and it was. Wings were hot, crispy, and juicy. Fries were hot and crispy. Also love Mtn Dew legend. Love this BWW!

Order for Super Bowl, on line very easy & quick, pick up was seamless, everything laid out on tables but the wings WHAT IS HAPPENING! The size of the wings are terribly small, tho as happened a couple years ago also please change back so so

Such a nice location. Employees were super kind and attentive. Our server Jackson was on top of his game. Food was absolutely delicious! The cobb salad was fresh, wings were juicy and the drink were strong and well worth every penny. The mozzarella sticks were not was soft but still tasty. They were busy as Sundays are in sports places but service was great. It was not the cleanest but there were a lot of kids on the surrounding tables so it wasn’t unexpected to happen. Overall great experience!

came in with family when it was quite busy, annabelle at the front desk was very nice and got us seated pretty quickly and also even brought us our food, our other server liv was also very nice. all around good staff, decent food.

The actual worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I've ever had. When appatizers came out our waiter did not give us seperate plates, and was nowhere to be seen to ask for them. While waiting for food, 3 seperate tables that were sat after us were served. We were finally served AFTER a table that was seated 30min after us (basically ordered the same meal). The wings were cold when served, and the burger we ordered plain came with everything on it. Not to mention they gave us plastic silverware, which felt like a school cafeteria.

The waitress who works there go on my boyfriend and asked him to take a picture and touch him ! It is very not professional! My boyfriend showed me a pic while she go in him begging to take a picture! Guys be aware when y go there with your men there ! Horrible service!

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and felt compelled to share my experience for the well-being of fellow patrons.Firstly, I must commend the exceptional customer care we received – the staff was friendly and provided great service. However, our positive impression quickly turned into a concerning situation after consuming traditional wings and fried pickles.Regrettably, my wife and I have been grappling with severe health issues, including diarrhea, fever, and vomiting, all stemming from the wings. We are certain these are the source of the problem, as we haven’t consumed anything else. Intriguingly, my wife avoided the wings the first night and remained unaffected. The subsequent day, after sharing a few wings, she, too, fell ill.Currently, I am confined to bed, on antibiotics and fever medications. This experience has been extremely disappointing and worrisome for us.I urge a prompt investigation to ensure the safety of your patrons. Your immediate attention to this matter is crucial. I eagerly await hearing from you regarding the steps being taken to address and rectify this situation.

My husband and I expected a nice night out however when I ordered my wings i asked for boneless, the server never asked my husband what type of wings and he wanted traditional. Then the server abandoned us for a while and it was definatley a quiet night only 1 other couple in so didn't see why they took so long to come back it wasn't worth switching wings at this point. The drinks were so watered down it was disgusting and disappointing ? Hate to be this person but I said what I said.BTW the take-home tupperware sucks! It does not close completely and is very flimsy, shameful they make millions. It's a chain restaurant for God sake!

I would give negative stars to this place, specifically the one at 75th and 59 in Naperville. We set there for 25 minutes and nobody even came to order us drinks. Horrible service. I made a complaint with the manager and I doubt that it was worth the time I wasted. I will never ever go to this chain again.

An extremely rude waitress told me and my guests we "looked like $hit" when we came in after we had gotten off our shift at work at Fermilab and asked us if we were going to tip. We immediately left after we tried to ask the manager to come over and he ignored us. Very rude establishment. The food is not worth that, very happy to have saved my money instead of spending it here. DONT BOTHER EATING HERE. There are better establishments. Just skip it.
