Malik was so kind and humble. Very attentive and quick. Food was amazingly perfect. Taste is truly authentic like back home and portions are very good. I cannot wait to eat here again and again and again.

Food was great as usual and our regular server Malik was also great. He makes our visit special every time. The time to bring fresh parathas and naans was exceptional and the food was nice and hot. A must try!m

We got highway chicken karahi and beef tikka boti and it was the worst i have ever tried in my life. The karahi was really dry with no masala and gravy and the boti was realky dry and not well grilled, the puri paratha was really dry and crispy and the naan was hard and crispy as well, Overall the food was cold and terribly served. The food quality is going worse everytime I come here. The prices you guys charge is horrendous compared to the quality and food u serve. Not coming here ever again

We normally goes to devon location and that was our 2nd visit to naperville and I want to take a moment to appreciate Ali for his outstanding customer service and impressive patience during our visit. The restaurant was extremely busy, and despite the fast-paced environment and a few difficult customers around, Ali handled everything with a smile, calm attitude, and genuine professionalism.
He made sure we felt welcome, took care all ,It’s rare to find someone who remains so respectful and composed under pressure . Ali truly went above and beyond.

The food here is as good as Devon branch and we visit here from PA. We enjoy the food, specially tikka, highway karhai, and bihari kabab. I love rolls too but they put way too much lettuce if you are not a fan then ask them to make it without.
Brother qasim at this branch is super friendly.

We ordered one combo kabab platter and one extra naan. Couple of minutes after one waiter served the food in two plates. We thought since we are family they have split the food and we started eating the food. Ten minutes after another guy came with some more food and said this is our actual order and previous one was wrong. We were really confused and then their manager came and said you have to pay for the wrong order and it was nearly 100 bucks. We didn’t want to pay for the order that we didn’t give and it was too much for the small amount of food. Then she (the manager) started to get very rude and said I have to take the food back and brought a tray and started to taking the food back. My two year old daughter was already eating and we all were shocked. Then suddenly she said whatever you can have it. We lost all our appetite with this behavior and quickly finished what we ordered and pay for. We didn’t touch the food anymore that was given to us first and then tried to take back. Very rude and disappointing behavior. I will never visit or recommend this restaurant to anyone ever. Worst experience ever.

Resturant opens at 4pm, the cashier was there but chefs were not there, eta fpr chefs was 30 mins and by the time food will be ready about an hour. Very poor service and lack of discipline. We ended up going to some other place.

We had been to their other location on Devon a few times before and the food there was always quite good.
The Naperville location kept up that impression. We ordered Malai boti, chicken boti, highway chicken and Bihari kebab
The Bihari kebab was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. The masala in the highway chicken left us scraping the kadai for the dredges
The was a young girl at the service counter and she was very helpful in assisting us with the order
The restaurant atmosphere seemed a little short, but considering it is an "Express", it may have been our expectations that were more

The only restaurant in Chicago that makes all items fresh . Brother kasim definitely deserves a raise , all ways provides great hospitality , efficient service . Highly recommend chicken boti and Karahi chicken .
