First of all the food is good. The food is hot and fresh. But sadly the dining area always seems to be on the dirty side even on slow days. And corporate please for the love of God upgrade their sound system. The music that gets played in the dining area is constantly crackling and it's been going on for some years now. Hoping to see improvement the next time.

I can’t believe that after my whole life of ordering here, this is the first time I’ve been charged for an extra BBQ sauce, especially after ordering two kids meals and already receiving one sauce. We were just asking for one more. It’s not about the money; it’s about the service. Moments like this make loyal customers feel unappreciated.

As many know this is the last standing original looking Burger King which is super cool, but aside from that the real story lies within the stellar staff and excellent food they whip up here. The lady that's usually working the counter and drive thru window towards the night shift is wonderfully positive and gives good vibes all around.
You're here for the food though right? Let me tell you I've never had a bad experience coming here. You know how you can instantly tell a good and bad BK apart? Order a Bacon King and see if they make it right. Bad ones will put 2 slices of cheese on one patty, the correct and best way to do it (as it's even advertised) is to put cheese on both patties. This location does that and that's all that tells me all I need to know. Trust me on that.
Now why is the reason I gave this place 4 stars for the Atmosphere? It's... Kinda boring inside. As you also have probably heard, even though this location is the last remaining original Burger King, the inside has been updated. If you haven't heard, well.. now you know. while I don't know what it looked like back in the day, the place now inside is kinda going for a retro vibe, but it doesn't stick the landing.
Sure it's got the white and black checkered tile, yes it has big comfy booths, and there are pictures of the place when it first opened... But I just feel there could be more retro stuff added to make this place really stand out. However I think I know why Burger King hasn't added more stuff to this place to really make it more eye catching, it's small. The kitchen area seems to make up way more room than there is room in the eating area, so anything else they could add such as old merchandise to display would have to really take into account of how much room it's taking up!
Otherwise that's my take on this place, ignore my nerdy ramblings on the atmosphere, just take in the char broiled smells and perfectly well made fast food goodness, oh and of course don't forget to have it your way~

Every time i go to this burger king, the manager always has an attitude towards me. However when i have company with me, the manager is nice. Make this make sense please. Manager likes to get an attitude and walk away when things go wrong. Unacceptable and horrible behavior when providing service for kids or teenagers.

These people don’t know how to listen when you order through the drive through and when you order through online for delivery, you ask for it plain and it comes fully loaded every single time. It’s honestly not a hard job to do at all. Considering a meal costs $16 you should listen to what a customer wants
Super great customer service! I ordered like 2 minutes until they were closing showed up here the doors were locked. the guy working still came to the door made my food and not only that he was super nice about it when he could have not been very nice!! Thank You 😊

From the outside it looks like it would be more retro as far as the decoration goals. It was pretty dirty inside. I looked for that were clean and I never found any in the booth areas. Plus I saw some that were torn up and had some black duct tape over it. Food was good and warm. The cashier actually brought the food out to us and she was sweet.
