The food is always PERFECT HERE, we usually go late in the evening and there is a very friendly woman who we keep encountering who is friendly, attentive and we always get our food quickly and fresh! Though one note, sometime the impossible burgers come out a bit burnt but still delicious! Shout out to the evening team! We appreciate you!

I have been to this burger king Many times. Not only does it take a very long time to get your order, but there is a ninety percent chance they get your order wrong. Even when I have them verify what my order is.It's still wrong. There are a few people there that are not very friendly either.

The staff is good and attentive. There's a lot of kids of all ages. The staff manages the place great and it is a clean well kept place Great Play Area for toddlers and kids. Spacious.

Very bad customer service, front counter person seemed like seem like she had a bad day. I brought kids to play in the play place but couldn’t get all the way to the top because of a spill, they didn’t clean up even after it was brought to their attention. Food was warm and good reason I give it a 1 star. Do better Burger King

This location always makes me pull around to wait. This time there was no one else in drive-thru at 8:47 am and 1 person in lobby. They claimed they wanted to make it fresh. So I pulled around and waited. After a few minutes I got out and walked in and my sandwich was just sitting under the lamp. The red/brown haired manager finally appeared and order the cashier to give me my sandwich because I’ve been waiting . SMH. I don’t understand why the delay in service? No one is even there? The sense of urgency is not there. Shake shack makes their food fresh and I never have to wait.

I went here with my daughter and asked for 2 duo meals and they flat out got my order wrong and treated me like I was a bug. DONT go to this Burger King! The fries were stale and the nuggets were rubber
