Last night I got 7 whopper jr.’s and a big fish and large drink the tall guy with glasses in the kitchen was making the order first of he touched his pants and face while making my order then he gives old patties and the fish was broken into pieces definitely not coming back this was my favorite bk for 12 years but not anymore. They need better kitchen people

Last night was the worst experience ever the young guy with glasses in the kitchen sat on the back counter eating and on his phone. This caused myself and three other cars to wait over 15 minutes for our order and 2 cars drove away in the process causing me to get charged for the wrong order. However despite this inconvenience the guy up front was super nice however and very apologetic for the wait. I honestly felt sorry for him cause he kept repeating what he needed and the guy in the kitchen failed to pay attention. They really should fire that kitchen guy he has no reason to be there being that lazy and slow I will not be coming back.

The staff were very friendly, the food came out quickly, and they got the order just right (I’m on a vegan diet so this was a win)! Plenty of BK crowns were available around the restaurant too (very important). It was a perfect BK dining experience!
Vegetarian options: If you’re looking for a vegan/plant-based meal, I got the Impossible Whopper (no mayonnaise) as a meal, with ketchup for the fries and a Frozen Coke. It was filling and delicious!

If I could give negative stars I would. Forgot multiple items in my order. Called them said I can come in. Reason why I had it delivered is cause I’m sick. Go on the support chat offers me $5 for the mistake that cost me $10. Absolute joke. Disputing charges for incomplete service
