Waiter forgot my wifes order and my toast. Another family member called in to place a pick up order and was treated rude and hung up on without giving a total or time for pick up.

Who ever the host was that answered the phone this morning made y'all lose new business. I bet that happens often. I’ve never tried honey jam but today I said why not. I called & after saying “hello can I place a pick up order” - I was hung up on. Then I call back and the women tells me that I didn't hear correctly and argues with me. She had a very bad attitude and needs to learn customer service. Do you train these employees on how to answer the phone? Common sense isn't very common apparently.

This is my favorite breakfast place in this area. The tres leches french toast and the hot chocolate never disappoints me. I always come on a Saturday or Sunday, and this one server provides excellent service every time. I came two weekends ago and it was packed but Arianna or Marianne (wasn’t sure how her name was said, sorry!!) made sure we got everything we needed. She even gave me an hot chocolate to go!! Amazing food and excellent service!!

Visited this location for brunch. The food was great but customer service was a total disappointment. From the moment we walked in the host were huddled in a circle laughing about something on their phone with who it appeared to be a manager. No acknowledgement we were in the building at all. Thankfully another host walking out from the kitchen greeted and sat us. The server took our order however the coffee was either old or burnt so we sent it back. Ordered caramel macchiato instead that never made it to the table. Our food hit the table with no syrup for the waffles. We had to flag another server since our server didn’t check on us when the food hit the table. After maybe half way in to our meal we had to get up to get napkins and she finally came to our table. We asked about the macchiato to be removed from the check and she said let me get it for you it’s probably sitting at the window. We told her we didn’t want it anymore as it was probably now cold, flat or sugar down from any whip. She walked away and never apologized for forgetting about the drink. She visited the our table to drop off our check but never really to check in on anything regarding our meal. When I got the check the reason for the return was ”did not like” which left me in disbelief that such reason would be in the receipt. I enjoy their concept but this location definitely missed the mark.

Went for lunch on a weekday morning. It wasn't busy. The staff are friendly. The menu is big, with descriptions and no pictures. We ordered chicken and waffles and eggs benedict. The eggs benedict used a flavorless boiled ham loaf in place of the described Canadian bacon. The loaf slices had been sitting on the English muffin sides so long the muffins were gooey. The eggs and bacon were overcooked, and the hashbrowns undercooked. I asked for crispy hashbrowns a few times and described what I wanted. I sent back the hashbrowns, and they returned burned but not crispy. The waffle was tough and dense, and the chicken unseasoned. I told our server, and she didn't respond. What did I tip for? $50 for breakfast?!?! Won't return. No recommended.

Parking: Lots of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Children welcomed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

We came in on a busy Saturday morning for seated in a two person booth that was spacious and clean. Ordered drinks, which were delicious. I got a bloody Mary that came loaded with bacon and pickles and olives. It did not taste homemade, but it was delicious. My companion ordered a strawberry mimosa, and he said there was fresh strawberry puree in the drink. Yum! The food was ? AWESOME! CHEF'S KISS!! We got chicken and waffles and a steak and eggs. The chicken was uniquely breaded with maybe a cornmeal type of breading, but it was moist and flavorful. The waffles were outstanding. They weren't too sweet, and we're light and fluffy. The steak was a marinated skirt steak that wad tender and juicy. The potatoes on the side were hashbrown style and crispy and salty. Eggs were prepared right and treated fresh and delicious. The biscuit wasn't my favorite but I'm not a huge biscuit person so that's my personal preference. There are a lot of items on the menu. It stays packed. I loved the food and the service was great!!

Had the strangest experience at this location. Ordered divorciados which by definition is divorced eggs which has two styles of eggs separated. Food came out and it was all mixed not separate. Asked the waiter to have the cook to prepare it separate. The cook sent the original back several minutes later saying this is how we prepare it. I personally have never heard of a cook and manager refusing to make the changes. I sent the food back and asked for them to take it off the bill. Waiter did the best job he could. Atmosphere is nice and clean. I did notice the location was 60% full on a Saturday morning. Not sure if this stuff happens frequently but in Naperville, your restaurant should be full at that time.

Guess we came at the wrong time because they had roof work going on and it was so loud. The food also was not great. I put my order in and it came out in 5 mins so it just felt like the food was sitting there because the temperature of it was low. For my first time, it was definitely a disappointment.
Cleanliness is not their number one priority. The place just had a weird smell to it. Also the floors are insanely sticky especially when you get in the bathroom.
