Buttermilk Naperville Breakfast is a gem worth visiting, especially for their exceptional smoked salmon benny. Kudos to the chef for crafting such a delightful dish! The combination of smoky and salty flavors, along with perfectly poached eggs, creates an amazing taste experience. While my kids thoroughly enjoyed their French toast and pancakes, I unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste them. Overall, a fantastic breakfast spot with something for everyone!

I was there in a rainy Sunday morning (Apr 7th) with my two kids (3y and 1y) and my friends visiting from MN.We join the waitlist around 9am, we were there 10am to be seated and the hostess just said: "I don't see you in my system".I got the sms, I had the reservation on my phone. My frustration is they didn't even bother to offer a solution or to apologize for their system issue. Bad service.

As a former regular they have forever lost my business. Why? I was recently dining there with my family who was visiting from out of town. It was a very important and special time together. And we ordered a significant amount of food for 6 people. In the middle of our conversation a manager approached our table and rather than asking how we were, informed us very curtly that we had exceeded the restaurants time limit of 90 minutes and needed to wrap it up and leave. Not only were we not aware of a time limit, how a business engages their customers is a direct reflection of the business. And because of that employee myself and my family will happily support other restaurants in Naperville but no longer Buttermilk.

I've been wanting to dine here for years, finally get the opportunity and was a little disappointed. Here's how it went. Arrived no line or waiting, immediately seated (major points in my book). I was somewhat overwhelmed at the noise level when first walked in. Food ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Food flavor is where I was disappointed. The server was nice, and did come by frequently to check on us. I'll probably give it some time and try them again in the future.
Oh my gosh! What a menu! Very popular breakfast restaurant so make sure you allow enough waiting time to be seated! It's well worth the wait@

Great selection, fresh ingredients, attentive service and a wonderful beverage "bar". Had a wonderful mid-day breakfast. Huge portions provided us with enough to last two more mornings. Prices have certainly gone up as reflected in these $18-$20 breakfast skillet and omelette choices. Very good food & coffee. Will definitely return, but not as often as we'd like at current prices.

Cramped, it will take atleast 30 min for your server to ever come back , I had to get up and ask the bartender for a drink and It was "still on the way" when I got my check ?, idk if it's a management problem that won't hire more servers knowing that it's going to be busy or my server was just
