overall the food is soo good espacially the talapagattu biryani which made me fall for it, thanks alot for the chef who made our day with just one biryani and the management is good over here but i didnt like the atmosphere here it looks like it has to be maintained and there are alot of changes to be made in according to the maintenance, this is a suggestion from my side.

Ordered food through Uber eat. The paratas had very bad oil smell. It’s the smell you get when oil is either too old or has been used multiple times for fry. Paneer butter masala is very sweet like they mixed sugar there. Never order chaat papadi from there if you are expecting delhi type chaat papadi. There were no papadis but namakpara. So bad for price I paid.

On father day June 16 2024 visited to celebrate ,very disappointed with service and quality ,I don’t recommend Hot bread , they don’t understand customer expectations ,take payment first,and serve unpuffed bhaturas with less chola , food was bad ,awe full food ,pathetic quality

Very disappointing atmosphere, food and service. They serve in paper plates, not sure but it looked like food was prepared by college kids doing low paying job here. The food was lack luster for the price they charge. We got a stomachache the next day.Extremely disappointing and I do not recommend at all. Please don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else.

It's a decent place, and I would rate a 4.5/5 with respect to value for money.3/5 because it's a Halal only place. I don't understand why food has to bring religious bigotry for people who want to be agnostic to it.

The food is a hit or miss... depends on the day and the cook.We got flat Bhaturas with no apologies?? and insufficient gravy.Cakes were decent. On a previous visit, the dosas were good.Wish they were more consistent

I was customer for hotbreads from last 4 years but lately they dont even put chicken in chicken fried rice which is very weird !! Just dont order this stuff its a scam now !! Owner is a nice guy but I dont know does he know this stuff orelse are they just doing it !!

I used to visit this place regularly and have been doing so for about 10 years. We had Dosa and Vada yesterday. The Dosa was burnt and Vada was sour. The taste was overall horrible. While I was waiting customers were seen leaving. This is my second horrible experience in the last year. Unlikely to visit again. Sorry to see such a decline of a good restaurant.

I recently visited Hot Breads in Naperville, IL, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, with a wait of over two hours just to receive my order. Despite requesting two coffees, they were unable to fulfill this simple request, and I ultimately had to leave without them.The slow service significantly impacted my dining experience and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While the food may have been enjoyable, the lack of timely service and inability to fulfill basic orders overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit.I hope that Hot Breads can address these issues in the future to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers.
