This Chick-Fil- A has hands down the longest wait times I've ever experienced, I even try to do mobile order thinking it would be fast and quite the opposite.

I normally never leave bad reviews, but this Chick-fil-A location is horrible. The staff here will always forget items almost every single time. It’s not just a one-time mistake either — this has become a pattern. When you try to address the issue, the manager is even worse. Instead of owning up to their team’s mistakes, they make excuses.
What makes it more frustrating is that the only way to get anything resolved is by contacting the corporate office directly. That’s how little accountability there is at this location.

The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious but the bun was so dry that that it started falling apart with my first bite. I am a fan of Chick-fil-A and keep coming but they need to improve on the bun.

Placed a pickup order for breakfast around 10:15-10:20 am. Order was placed and received a notification order would be made upon arrival. Drove over 15 minutes to pickup the order, arriving after 10:30a and when I checked in, my order was canceled. I drove over 15 minutes to find out that my order was canceled. Not before or as I was driving.
If I knew the cut off time for breakfast as 10:30 am, no matter what. I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
Now I know that Chick-fil-A doesn’t value their customers due to not notifying them of this strict guideline. So my order was placed before breakfast officially ended and you couldn’t have the items available for when I arrived. Interesting indeed.

I’ve visited this location a few times since it opened, and the biggest issue has been consistently long wait times, even when it isn’t busy. On my last visit, I waited over 20 minutes for a simple breakfast order while managers were seated nearby in a meeting. After calling attention to it at the counter, a team member quickly made my order and kindly offered a brownie and free-item cards to apologize.

While I appreciated her effort, it was concerning that leadership present did not step in or acknowledge the situation. Hearing the discussion pause and then continue on the topic of “values being practiced within shifts” made the lack of engagement stand out even more.

The team member handled it very well, but operationally something feels off. I hope to see improvements so this location can reflect the great service Chick-fil-A is known for.

Ok, so I eat at Chick-fil-A several times a month, and so do my family when we are traveling for stories.
This store experience was awful, I ordered a Cobb salad, it has a big piece of beacon fat I ran into about half way through with the salad. It was raw. I brought it up to the manager and she immediately stayed to make excuses for the raw beacon fat in the salad. I heard 3 excuses before even offering any kind of exchange, and then when I said not interested in eating anymore, would even offer a refund. I had to suggest it. Nothing, gift card etc.
