It's not built yet, so you have false information on maps. UPDATE: The restaurant is now built. This location is drive-thru only! And everything about this place is designed to make it hard for you to eat, for example: you look at the menu and then pull up where you can't see the menu to order. Doesn't sound like a big deal but try it with a car full of people.

Food is usually always good but not today fries are ice cold. Drive thru is packed and manager walk around telling jokes to employees saying it bonus day who wants a bonus lol. 20 cars deep and can’t even push the food out on time. Waiting 20 mins for couple sandwich is horrible I would not go to this location run very bad

How are you Chick-fil-A and miss the most important part of the meal the chicken. If you go here absolutely make sure to check your bags before you leave Chick-fil-A is usually really good but this location leaves something to be desired. That something being the chicken.

Get ready to experience rude staff and incorrect orders. I normally love Chick-fil-A, which is why I was so disappointed by the morning crew at this location, especially the woman who was checking customers out. She has was rude, and her behavior made me want to avoid this location altogether.
I recently ordered a sausage hash brown scramble burrito but was given a chicken one instead. When I checked the app, it showed a free chicken hash brown scramble burrito reward. Since the sausage and chicken burritos are the same price, I politely asked at the register if they could simply give me the correct sausage version. Instead, I was told they couldn’t “override a coupon,” that I would have to pay for the correct item, and I was even accused of having already received a burrito earlier in the week.

My first time here at this newer location. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that didn't have indoor seating. This is pretty much just a drive through place, or walk-up to the outside window to order. For Illinois cold winters I find the idea of standing outside waiting for food ridiculous, but I could see this type of setup down South. Food is good and the service is excellent for a drive through. Also for those who don't know, Chick-fil-A has pup cups for your pups, you just need to know to ask for one and they are much larger than an un-named coffee shop... 😆

I stopped by the new Chick-fil-A location and had such a great experience in the drive-thru! Thomas took my order and provided incredible service, he complimented my car’s interior and had such a kind, genuine conversation with me. I’ve never had that level of personal interaction in a drive-thru before! The food was excellent and served quickly. Absolutely love this new location already!

Good food, great staff, but had to give it 4 ⭐️ due to its NOT having an indoor lobby. It's entirely outdoor eating. Might be ok for some but I don't like eating outside due to uninvited out door insects, begging birds (pigeons) or road noise and exhaust from truck traffic on highway right next to building.
I left and went to another Chick-fil-A a few miles north next to Fox Vally Mall. Again, good food, great staff, and INDOOR SEATING, complete with AC and heat. Isolated from road noise and polution and no bugs or begging birds interrupting your meal. Plus the bathrooms are pretty clean as well.
