My server tonight Nicole showed so much attitude when I brung to her attention that my orders were wrong..we repeated the order TWICE to make sure it was clear before she went to put the order in. She got frustrated and said “well that’s why you should’ve said the names of the items instead of what’s shown on the pic” weird but ok! …She walked away upset pushed the kitchen door so hard I heard it hit the wall. She then had another server bring out food. She didn’t check to see if we needed anything else …we had no napkins! I understand if the job may become overwhelming at times but learn to step back and take a breather. I will not be returning, thanks Nicole.

This Chili's has by far the most excellent staff . Everyone is so kind and efficient and I love coming back.

We waited over 20 minutes for a drink while staff was all talking and standing around. They were more concerned with the 3 drunk women at the bar and chatting with them than caring for other customers. The place wasn't even busy. Won't go back.

Just like any other Chilis 🌶️. Good spot with good ambience. Within an hour of sitting at the table, having ongoing drinks and unfinished food, the waitress was too soon to assume we’d just pack up and leave the place. Was asking if we’d need a carry out box for the left overs. Not sure why that might be. Could’ve just checked on us how we’re doing so far, like any other place. Otherwise, it was fine.
Spent $60 on 2 dinners, delivered. Not worth it, should have went 2 the Patio!! Would have got the same food 4 1/2 the price

2nd order in a row that an item was missing from my to go order. It would be nice if people checked the order before handing it out. I think I am done tipping. I paid an extra $12 to have an item missing.

Never got a text saying food was ready to be picked up and food was cold. Staff didn't have an answer for the communication issue. Staff was rude. Had to ask them if our food was ready, they did not ask us if we had an order or even a question.
The food was very good, but the service was mind blowing. The best service I have received at any restaurant this year. I will be back, thanks to the amazing service and good food.
