I went to chipotle yesterday 12/1/24 at around 5:30 pm and the 2 workers were rushed and rude for no reason (there was no line we were the only ones) it was a tall blonde girl and a brunette girl with a pimple patch that looked old. I asked for double meat and she clearly only did one scoop and even after I told her that I can pay for more meat she only added 2 more cubes of meat, I said extra lettuce and I definitely did not get extra lettuce. Overall really disappointing service

Ive been eating Chipotle for over 20 years. This location has disappointed greatly. They should probably teach their staff how to roll a burrito before letting them do it for paying costumers… see the photo for the sloppy mess they deemed good enough. Will not be coming back to this one.

I recently tried adding guacamole to my Chipotle bowl, and honestly, it was a major disappointment. The creamy texture completely overwhelmed the other flavors. Instead of enhancing the dish, it masked the freshness of the ingredients. I’ve never been a fan of guacamole, and this experience only solidified my dislike. It felt like a heavy layer that took away from the vibrant flavors of the bowl. I’d much prefer to savor my burrito bowl without the extra layer of avocado. Overall, if you share my aversion to guac, I recommend skipping it altogether.

Barely a spoonful of rice, barely a spoonful of beans I had to ask them to add more. It was so pitiful. And then on check out it is so loud in there I didn’t hear their little credit card machine beep and the girl tells me you have to wait for the beep and I said yeah it’s really loud in here. It’s hard to hear and she looks at me and says deadpan well. I’m the same distance and I can hear it just fine. Nice customer service Not. Definitely didn’t make me feel good as a customer, but given the amount of people that turn through that place I’m sure management doesn’t really care
The downtown Naperville location has drastically reduced their portion size. It was almost shocking. I love chipotle but don’t recommend this location..

It seems like all the Chipotles are going downhill.
Including this location:
Got a kids meal. Asked for a bag of kids chips with the meal. They were out. They had plenty of large bags on the shelf. He said there was nothing he could do. So I paid extra for the large bag. So salty could not finish.
There were out of all the lemonade.
The place smelled like urine.

Chipotle disappointed on every level during my recent visit. First off, the portions were laughably small, leaving me feeling hungry and unsatisfied. But the real kicker came when I tried to order a burrito, only to be told they were out of tortillas. Fine, I thought, until I they told me they had tortillas available for mobile orders only. Talk about selective service! It's unacceptable to prioritize one type of order over another, especially when it leaves paying customers like me feeling like second-class citizens. Chipotle, you need to get your act together and treat all customers with fairness and respect.
