Just horrible!
First off the trick barely gave me a scoop of rice when I asked for more I was informed that it will be extra this is the first time me hearing this but this location will never receive my money again
Went there with a couple of my friends, only to be told that I cannot have a certain amount of cilantro and meat in my burrito, despite me being the one paying the price and not only that on top of it, it was my birthday that day and I was treated very poorly with attitude, and the tacos were very gross The meat was dry. It was like eating a car tire and the cilantro didn’t even taste fresh. Despite That Produce should be sold fresh and fresh only I know this because I have a food handling license possibly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I have seen an orangutan handle of food counter three Smirnoff bottles deep than what I’ve witnessed over there.

This was one of the most disappointing Chipotle visits I’ve ever had.
• No black beans.
• No chips.
• No lettuce.
No carne asada OR carnitas?!
Every time I asked about something missing, I overheard the staff say, “It wasn’t prepped.” It didn’t feel like a one-off mistake—more like they just weren’t ready to serve customers at all.
For a place that’s supposed to be about fresh, customizable food, it’s frustrating when half the basics aren’t even available. If this location can’t get the essentials prepped, I’ll be going somewhere else next time.

The dude running shift today (younger black man) is AMAZING!! he has the store clean, following every protocol, and is obviously in charge (without being over bearing) I am eating lunch taking notes on how to be a good manager from this guy!! He is leading in words and actions, helping his employees and anticipating problems before they arise. Get him in charge of more stores!!!
I just ordered a chicken bowl and I did added few items extra as was allowed when I placed the same order in the Chipotle App (without extra charges), and the manager who was making my order, in the middle of the order told me that now I have to pay for any ingredients I add, that was like crazy. If he would have said any extra ingredients, I would understand. But flatly asking the customer just take what you have and anything more is extra charge was something I didn’t expected. So, I asked for manager and he told me that I am the manager. So, I asked him let’s make a new order so I can get everhing I need. And for that he said he won’t make any more order for me!!
So, really not what I expected as service from this store. I have been here in the past and the reason I came back was fresh ingredients and excellent service by kind, caring and compassionate staff.
I hope all the best and hope they correct their mistake and learn from it.

Does it take a terrible review for higher ups (not in store management( to actually give a damn about the safety of the employees?? Feel like they're only interested in the illusion of safety. It has been A MONTH OR MORE since there is water pooling behind the line and even longer since it started leaking. food safety 7 more like illusionary safety 7

I had a take out order made for pickup at 1:10 i went there on my break to find out they didn’t have my order i wasn’t too upset about that the employee got the manager and she made my order for me BUT since the ticket wasn’t printed she read my order and made it based off memory. I was wanting two things on the side instead they were put in my bowl and then i ordered chips and didn’t get them. I normally don’t come to chipotle and this was confirmation not to eat here. Ordering online should automatically process to the store which my order did not. the tech-man is slacking.

I loved the food and it was rly filling. I didn't like that when I went with my sister she asked what a chicken was bad they thought she wanted it and even though she said that she wanted a different one they ignored it and also gave her no guacamole overall I liked it but it needs but service

I went to chipotle yesterday 12/1/24 at around 5:30 pm and the 2 workers were rushed and rude for no reason (there was no line we were the only ones) it was a tall blonde girl and a brunette girl with a pimple patch that looked old. I asked for double meat and she clearly only did one scoop and even after I told her that I can pay for more meat she only added 2 more cubes of meat, I said extra lettuce and I definitely did not get extra lettuce. Overall really disappointing service
