There are many problems with this location. The food is sometimes good, but often bad. I, on multiple occasions, went there, and they were out of white rice and said I had to wait 20 minutes for it. They keep shrinking the size of the amount of food they are giving you but keep asking for more and more money, and if you ask for more then they will either: Ask if you want double so you can pay even more or (reluctantly) give you the smallest amount more they could. They used to give me so much more a year ago and charge less! Don't waste your money here and go anywhere else and they will give you more.

I went to dinner today at Chipotle in Naperville and was shocked to see that the same person who collected the orders of the people before me was the same person who came to serve me the dish, and using the same contaminated glove. To serve me, he used the serving cutlery, but when he picked up the portion of lettuce salad, he did it with his own hands, already wearing those same plastic gloves, and placed it on my already prepared plate. Soon after, she was the same person who went to the cashier, with that same plastic glove to charge me for the dish she put together. It's shocking to see that for all the food there is specific cutlery to pick up and place on the plates, but to pick up the salad they don't have any cutlery and use their own hands, with those same gloves already dirty and contaminated from handling the credit cards. credit, filthy money, cash register keyboards, itchy nose, itchy head, straightening your hair... What do you mean, Mr. Manager??? Just place a simple piece of cutlery on the food counter to use as a tong for serving salad, so you don't touch the salad or any other food with your hand wearing already contaminated gloves, on anyone's food... Absurd... Total lack minimal notion of hygiene.

The place was a disaster, there was maybe one customer in the restaurant and the floor was dirty, the tables weren't clean, for a dead place they were very un kept, the lady packing our food was in a mood and we had to ask for more stuff when she bearly put anything on it, food was Luke warm, very disappointed and will not come back to this store.

Today I watched in horror as one of the Chipotle employees (a young man) at this location verbally attacked a woman, in front of customers, simply because she found a large piece of avocado rind in her guacamole, and brought this food safety issue to his attention. He refused to refund her and refused to make the situation right. Instead, he became defensive with her and told her to leave the store. He was disrespectful and has zero customer service skills.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! the lady was very rude when i just asked for a bowl of rice and cussed. did not let me fill water bottle up with the water she told me she is going to charge me. but i know she can’t if it is just water. and threw my food aggressively. talks bad about customers and makes it obvious. got very very very very veryyy upset when my friend spilled her drink on the ground on accident even though we were cleaning it up. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

There is a very unprofessional Crew working at Naperville Downtown location at 22 E Chicago Ave, Naperville, IL 60540. The guy purposely prepared a food very slow, when the other one on a back had a time of his life laughing and turning the music out loud. The corporate needs to do something about that behavior before something worst happens. These people should be fired immediately. They are out of control. I would stay away from that location if I were you. Do not send your young kids unattended to this location!

Walked in today at exactly 5:00 pm. I was wearing short shorts as I just came out of the gym. Two guy cooks started giggling and looking at each other. Bryson was the host or (register) . I smiled and asked how their day was. I got looked by 4-5 people like I had 3 heads. I proceeded to order a Carne Asada bowl and the girl putting my order was very stingy with the food. I asked if she could please put more meat as she barely got any and she made a face proceeded to put 4 more strings of carne asada. This is astonishing. After that I got out with the host, as I was checking out I asked to get my receipt she proceeds to ask me if I need a bag ? Twice. Clearly someone was listening… anyways point is. If you are part of the LGBTQ+ community this is not the hangout spot or to get food in general. Also if you are okay with paying 2.60 for a mini size scoop of guacamole because Ms. Blonde chick clearly owns the place. Oh and I got home opened the bowl with a fly mixed with my rice :)) so yes I am posting a review. Very uncomfortable experience

Burrito was about the size of a softball. Everything jammed in the middle and rolled like a ball.. these places are getting ridiculously expensive for the portions and quality.

Both Sundays I have tried to eat here I’ve gotten there around 11 and they still aren’t open. Even though they advertise that they open at 10:45 every day of the week. Lots of other disappointed people pulling the door then leaving and going to 5 guys next door ??♀️
