I absolutely love this location! The general manager Sam took care of me and my wife to the fullest extent. The whole team was amazing while dealing with a rush of hungry people. If you see Sam and her team I guarantee an excellent experience. Best chipotle, speaking as a former employee.

I went to pick up an online order and the Asian manager was SO RUDE. Not only ignoring customers but yelling at an employee in front of customers! I was in a rush but for the 5 mins I waited for my online order, she continued yelling and throwing things because he “wasn’t calling out” when he was running low on food. Working in customer service, that is not how you speak to employees. Clearly some people don’t know how to manage and it shows. My complaint is mainly because she just seemed to be getting a thrill out of humiliating the employee, which was an older man, in front of customers. Absolutely disgusting to have a manager like that. Instead of “correcting” the employee, she needs to be corrected herself.

Every single time I go into this place either they ran out of chips or ran out of chicken or just add a certain item that you want! I mean I went today after months of not going and I had to wait 25 minutes for chicken!? Just never go here!

Asked for half and half rice like any normal person and somehow got charged for an extra side. For what?? A basic request? Make it make sense.

Then when I asked for the cup she forgot to give me, the employee yelled at me like I personally ruined her day. Ma’am, I just want water, not trauma.

Whole experience was unhinged. Charged extra for no reason, attitude for free. Do better, Chipotle.

The staff has great customer service and made my bowl exactly the way I wanted, they gave me good portions. I forgot to ask for lemons and dressing but Bruno was really attentive to my order and made sure I got everything I need before I left. Highly recommend ordering from this chipotle location!

Everyone just has attitude the whole place is a mess it’s honestly awkward being a customer there the worker was slamming the bowls to the other employee gave a dirty look to the employee the whole bottom of my bowl has sour cream on it to be honest worst interaction I’ve ever had. Who ever the manager is needs to get it together do a clean house and hire people who actually care there was gentleman there that looked like the manager if he was the manager then he’s a horrible manager.
