Didnāt want to go back over $15, but this could be avoided by a closer communication between each other in person, VS checking the phone every 5 seconds and asking same question 3 times

Ordered veggie kids meal and got meat piece in the food. They cross contaminate the food and do not pay attention to the full order. They miss one or the other item in the order.

Go to another chipotle!!! Staff couldnāt even give a full spoon/portion of anything. When I tried to ask them to give me a bit more politely - they responded by saying āso you want double?ā. Horrible customer service.

Everytime I come home and go to this chipotle, itās terrible. Mobile orders are slow and the quantities and insultingly low. Half the time they are out of chicken, steak, or other meat.

I love the food and often come here. There are some workers that are rude for unecessary reason. They always have rude tones and when they forget to put something in the bag and i remind them they almost toss the thing on the counter. This has happened multiple times.

I placed a mobile order and had a terrible experience. When I arrived to pick it up, a woman threw my bag on the counter and said, āHave a great day,ā without any effort to hand it to me properly, practically threw it on the counter. I had to walk almost behind the cashier counter to grab my order. Thatās not normalācustomers shouldnāt have to retrieve their food because an employee is too careless to provide decent service.
When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong meat, a whole onion in the bowl, and vegetables I didnāt ask for. I understand mistakes happen, so I drove back to get it fixed. However, what stood out was the complete lack of apology from the staff. I spoke to three different employees, and not one of them offered any acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience.
If you work in customer service, basic workplace etiquette and politeness should be standard. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

IāM DONE!
Iāve tried Chipotle at this location several times hoping my experience would be better. Instead it has gotten progressively worse. I was there on October 30th with one of my granddaughters , what a mistake. The staff has changed, but not for the better. The first server was very nice and very professional, but as I proceeded down the line things got progressively worse. The cashier was the absolute worst! She got annoyed when she missed an item and proceeded to throw my food at me along with my change. I commented she was having a bad day and her customer service was poor, she rolled her eyes at me. On top of all that, the guacamole had no taste, the food portions are smaller and the prices are higher. My eleven year old granddaughter was shocked at the treatment I received and never wants to go to this restaurant again. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
