I’ve tried so many times with this spot, and for a min over the summer it seemed like things may be turning around. However, now, after today’s order, we will not be going back. Multiple details missing in my order and I even tipped (which I find a bit ridiculous) thinking it may help (it did not). At this point I hope they close down so something better can pop up.

Despite some recent negative reviews I read here, my family and I had a very positive experience at the Chipotle on Naper Blvd in Naperville. The food was exactly what we expected from Chipotle: fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. The service was quick and professional, consistent with our past visits.

During our meal, an unexpected situation unfolded near our table when two customers, who were not acquainted, became embroiled in a loud verbal argument unrelated to the restaurant. It was disruptive and uncomfortable for nearby diners.

The staff handled the situation extremely well. They stayed calm and professional, and the manager stepped in to de-escalate the situation and restore order. Afterward, the manager personally checked in with my family to make sure we were okay, which we really appreciated.

I want to commend the Chipotle team for their professionalism and care in handling a stressful situation. Their response made a strong impression and reinforced our confidence in this location.

I had been previously avoiding this location due to past issues. I was nearby and decided to try it again today. It was a reminder why I should be avoiding it in the future.

Similar to past occasions, the portion sizes are smaller than other locations. The chicken was also overcooked and they were missing ingredients so several customers had to wait for the line to get ingredients refilled.

Placed mobile order and waited in drive through 30 mins with no updates and no calls answered. Staff had no explanation and kept asking what my order was.
Place should be shut down, makes sense why the whole company is going down hill.

Evening stand appear that if taking your order is a major inconvenience. Staff will charge you for a double when you have a regular order.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This was the portion for my veggie bowl that was supposed to have everything on it. The rice is raw, no sauce, no guacamole. No one reached out and said they were out of ingredients. We ordered 3 veggie bowls and all were like this. This isn’t my first time having a horrible experience here. Not sure how this place is able to stay open.

Never again.for the second time in a row we order fajitas bowl and the have no fajitas after waiting 35 min , just picking up the food. Had then to wait a half hour just for them to tell us the ran out of food. The restaurant was empty. Do not go to this Chipotle. You will loose.

I wish I checked the reviews before going here. This was my first chipotle experience after several years and now I see why I stopped eating here. I got a veggie bowl and for some reason the cook told the cashier it was steak and almost charged me 20 dollars for a damn bowl. When I corrected them they changed the price and slammed my cup and chips into my bag and told me to have a good day with the most demonic stare ever as if it was my fault or something. Do better and stop hiring people with anger issues
