They are ALWAYS out of honey chipotle vinaigrette and they don’t tell you until you’re about to pay. Why can’t they keep dressing in stock? So bizarre

I’m crying looking at this place because I own a restaurant myself. And this one... it looks like no one has cleaned it in five years. There’s so much filth — I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff is made up entirely of high schoolers who have no idea that cleanliness is the foundation of everything.
If I had a restaurant like this, I would be genuinely happy to scrub it myself, top to bottom, inside and out.

I started off with my order. I asked for a taco (I had thought we'd go down the line with toppings) and he asked what side. I said rice. Then he skipped and I was a bit confused because he never asked about toppings. Then I was too shy to speak up and just paid $6.20 for 2 quesadillas and rice. I should have been more clear, but it was confusing!

Behind the counter is filthy! There seems to have be a change in employees and the new ones are lazy and messy. Corn and cheese spread all over the counter. The workers are just socializing while the entire store is a complete mess. Incapable, lazy employees. Not a single person working here has accountability and leadership skills. Maybe stop selling salads if you don’t have salad dressing!? Very disorganized and the store is a complete mess, spilled food everywhere. Disgusting! Holding up to their reputation, 2.1 google rating. Other locations are worse, Chipotle is going down hill.

I wish I had read the reviews for this Chipotle location before placing my drive-thru order. My order was delayed by about 10 minutes, which was frustrating, and to make matters worse, two items, including a side of guacamole, were missing when I got home. While I usually enjoy Chipotle’s convenience and quality, this visit was disappointing. This was my second time ordering from this location, and after issues during my first visit, I had hoped it was a one-time fluke. Unfortunately, this experience confirms I likely won’t return to this location.

Wrote a review months ago but decided to give this location another shot as it had been so long since my poor experiences. Ordered for pick up and what do you know, order was wrong again. Very messily packaged, hour cream all over the bag and missing one of my sides. It’s almost impressive how often they are able to get orders wrong at this point. I’m not sure if it’s due to them running out of items, but it would probably be a better business motto to just let the customer know that you don’t have it instead of not giving them anything at all. Definitely go to a different location or at least avoid using the online ordering. They either aren’t reading them fully or just simply don’t care.

My experience here was unacceptable. The restaurant was unclean, with filthy tables and unhelpful, rude staff. My order arrived late, the chicken bowl was barely edible, and to top it off, there was a hair in the food.

I ordered a pickup bowl of the Honey Chipotle chicken with extra rice extra beans. They forgot my chicken. The other items weren’t even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Very dissatisfied.
