Our host for my daughter’s birthday party was amazing! She truly made everything great. I had to communicate to both managers about a situation and BOTH were rude, never checked up on the party or if I had any questions, or apologize for the miscommunication about the situation. It’s ridiculous they charge extra on weekends. DO BETTER. Will not be coming back.

Chuck E. Cheese in Naperville my goodness i just left there with my sister and i was so disappointed wow they bring your food to the table than just leave it there to get cold if i didn’t check in to makes sure we probably wouldn’t even had eat that pizza. I used to work at Chuck E. Cheese years back and i remember every time we would deliver somebody pizza we would make an announcement that your food is on the table, than the workers there my God, i think nowadays they just hire anybody which is so sad. The have this little play place where i understand that you have to buy the socks 15 dollars every time you come even though had some that i bought last time i was there worker there had told how my son can’t be in there because the socks he had on wasn’t new i was like wow the really trying to make money. Trust me i will never come back here. I feel like all the workers there needs more training and have more patience with kids the was a lady there and her husband the daughter i believe was autistic so she was all over the floor screaming one of the workers there was laughing i was so unhappy i couldn’t believe it, they picked her up left i was my God.🥹👎🏾

Games were great but the service is horrible employees are always hiding in the back when it's time for family's to redeem there tickets it takes so long just to order food it seems that the employees just don't want to do their job there it's really disappointing.

Would not recommend coming to this location. Been here three times already and am always disappointed with the variety, quality, and lack of available machines - many were jammed and couldn't be played or gave the wrong ticket prizes. The winning tickets and jackpots for games are very low as well, so it would take you forever to accumulate points for a prize for your little one. Imagine playing games for an hour to win 1-2 tickets at each machine... Better off paying more at Dave and Buster's to enjoy better games, more ticket wins, and better prizes.
The nicest and cleanest Chuck E. Cheese in the area. All the games work and it’s open later than the other ones. Staff and management are great too!

Brought my kiddo here today and the games were not keeping score or giving out tickets correctly. The manager and employee told us “tough luck- the games are all a scam anyway.” Yikes. Hard lesson for a kiddo who was excited about the tickets and games from a place meant for kids. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Customer service: 0/10 0 0
