Took a group of kids to Chuck e Cheese over the weekend. We had a horrible experience overall. I do understand it was a busy evening there, and most of the staff was trying to handle as much as they could with an influx of people.
I had purchased a Gold Fun Pass over groupon. When I got there it took about half an hour and 4 employees for them to figure out how to use it. No complaints on my end, we stood there smiling patiently as they went from employee to employee to sort it out. We we were very understanding and tried to help them as best as we could while we waited.
After that whole debacle was sorted, I ordered 2 rounds of food. First round was fine, no issue, we had ordered the large sampler platter and some extra stuff. It wasn't enough food for our group, so I went and ordered a second round including another large sampler platter. As the kids were eating and got to the middle of the wings part of the second platter, we found a HAIR wrapped around one of the wings. I immediately told them not to touch the platter anymore, while I went to talk to their team. One of their Managers, Jerry, who we spoke with was rude and dismissive. He said he saw the kids eating from the platter so it didn't deserve to be refunded. I told them obviously the kids ate from the platter before we noted the hair, but the minute we saw the hair no one touched that platter. They had previous food they were still finishing up on their plates. He was almost smirking like this whole thing was hilarious. He was rude, abrasive, and honestly a total jerk.
They ended up giving me $10 in cash back for the platter (valued at $30). The only other option was to remake it, but it was taking about 30-45 mins per order because they were so busy and the kids were exhausted so it didn't make sense to do that option. To me, its not even about the missing refund amount. I literally spent more than $200 that evening on their establishment - so a little courtesy and kindness for their gross kitchen protocols would be appreciated. I would never have even posted this review if they corrected their mistake and apologized. Not once did one person say sorry, they made it seem like it was our fault they had hair in their food. Are people going to quit going to Chuck e Cheese because of this? No, obviously. But it would be nice for them to do some re-training on customer service especially for those who are "in charge" over there.

Kiddo loved it. Had her birthday here by request for her 5th birthday. Had kids 5 to 10 there and all had a good time. Even the adults. Good pizza and fun times

This our 2nd time coming to this place. I did forget my Chuck E. Cheese card in the car.. but the thing was the employee Kalyani didn’t even bother to ask us if we have a card. She just added the card and coil with it.. $4 to waste.. these teenagers needs to be trained properly and not assume things. Unless they are just told to. When I told her she said oh I am sorry the transaction already went thru

The ratings here would depend on if you are an adult or 8. My grandson chose this for his birthday event with Nana and Papa “because they have the best food”. He had a marvelous time. The cheese pizza is passable and exactly like little kids like. Pretty bland. What stood out was how fresh the salad bar was. The topping selection was surprisingly adequate and freshly cut. Nana and Papa took two trips to the salad bar. It’s pricey for what you get but the kids love the arcade games and the smiles and giggles were worth it.
Kid-friendliness: A young kids dream. Cheese pizza, soda and an hour of arcade games. Then choosing worthless plastic toys with their tickets.

Came here December 22nd. My nieces had fun and wasn't too packed so they were able to have fun without fighting other kids but the food really messed me up. The pizza and salad we had really tasted off and soon as I get home my stomach just loses it. Made me miss a days of work too cause these kids don't care what they serve apparently.

Charles Entertainment Cheese is not the same as it used to be when I was younger. That being said, I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The staff was incredibly nice and prompt when a game malfunctioned. Out of everything there, only one game was out of order which is awesome. My kids had a blast which is all that matters. The place was like hospital clean which shout out to my boy cleaning tables there, my man was on it. I will dearly miss the scary old animatronics but not creating generational trauma with them is nice too. I’ll take my children back and indulge in the bud light on tap next time.

Ceta made our daughter’s birthday experience a great joy! Such a positive person with great energy. She is worth every penny and more the company pays her.
Unfortunately, the other manager we encountered had a less than ideal attitude with us. He was the middle aged gentleman with glasses.
Overall the experience was great and we all wanted to shout out Ceta for her energy and positive attitude.

Lovely Day
Had a party for my 1 yr old grandson on a Sunday, was greeted at the entrance by Cita, she showed great customer service and introduced us to our host whom did an excellent job as well. Facility very clean and party organized no stress at all staff meet every need cashiers at the counter very friendly and welcoming as well. Lovely experience thank you guys so much for an wonderful 1st birthday experience. Cant wait to bring him back when the trampoline is open.
