We had our daughter's 3rd birthday party today (a Sunday), and it was an incredible experience for everyone. Our host, Jackie, did a perfect job. She was very patient with the children (and adults). She also made sure to ask how the birthday girl felt about Chuck e. before he came out for the birthday dance and offered to have him give her some space if she was apprehensive. All of the staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and fun! The pizza was delicious! The price wasn't cheap overall, but as long as Jackie is being paid well, it's worth it!

Started off ok until the amount of fries served was under par. For $4.50 the serving size of fries is 8oz. Pathetic. Everything was fine until the last 5 minutes of closing when we were trying to cash out prizes for the kids. No one was at the counter to service us. As I looked around, one employee who saw me standing at the counter looked at me and looked away. They all wear ear pieces for communicating with each other and she failed to let anyone know we were standing there. Another employee came from the kitchen to clean the salad bar and saw us standing there as well and also failed to alert anyone. It felt it was intentional after getting a refund for the overpriced and under-served fries.

We went late afternoon/early evening this past Monday. This was our first time at this location. Overall, it was very clean. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff member that was ChuckeCheese was awesome! He or she, did an amazing job making their rounds and was very welcoming, they definitely brought the vibe!!! The only disappointing part was the pizza!!! We usually love the pizza, but this location was just blah, it wasn't what we are used to from the other locations we have been to. I would definitely recommend going to play the games and have fun, but get your pizza somewhere else.

WORST CHUCKEE CHEESE I HAVE BEEN TO…. ATTITUDE RUDE Employees associates. Ellie and Brianna were not only rude but also disrespected me and my family. I was in line with my kids to redeem our tickets. Ellie started taking customer before me and completely ignored me and my kids. When I asked her the reason for this behavior, she again kept ignoring me. At this point, I asked to speak to the manager. I was shocked by this behavior. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager, then she called some one Rashwan, I told him that his associate was taking people before me and kept on ignoring me. He called Brianna and left stating someone help to me without acknowledging what was going on was wrong, When Brianna came she also ignored me and started taking other customers also. I couldn’t believe this. I asked the reason for this, she said she is helping other customers, I said I have been waiting in line before them, she said to go and sit somewhere and manager will come, I waited and waited no one ever came out. I asked them to speak to manager who left me in middle of all this and never returned back. This is the most horrible experience ever. I will never go back there.

Lastly, Jasmine was great with the kids! The kids had a blast! Thank you, Naperville Chuck E. Cheese, for the stress free and fun experience!

I honestly couldn’t believe how clean and affordable it was. In my childhood it was a madhouse. A fever dream of screaming and crying children and adults. They’ve turned a corner at some point in the last 30 years. If you’ve avoided going because you didn’t want to deal with the rat casino, give it a shot. It will almost certainly go better than you expected.
