Did you know they had kids sizes? I didn’t. Because it’s not on the menu.
So I order a like it size. For my 4 year old. They ask if I want it on a cone I said yes. Then I see the cones are ginormous, but I see a little cone and ask if I can have that. The worker (bless her heart she was obviously new) asked the manager and the manager was such a jerk about it. She said “that’s for a kids size, she ordered a like it”. I’m like, kids size is not on the menu how was I supposed to know. Then I heard her mumbled I should’ve asked. How the hell was I supposed to know that something that was not on the menu even existed.
It’s not about my lack of questioning, it’s about local of transparency and how the manager handled it.

I was going to work there, and the training was really bad, my trainer who was also the manager, she expected me to be perfect on my first day and she was not helpful with anything. she expected me to know things I didn’t know

Jessica is horrible! She is so rude and I didn’t even know who she was all I heard about her was the bad reviews mentioned here. I went in there and this middle aged lady was so rude to the workers. I came to check the reviews and all I see is people bashing her! Never come here if you want bad customer service!

Jessica is horrible and she yells at all the staff. They get rid of the good people and have Jessica work there. I was aware of Jessica already due to her bad reputation but I didn’t expect it to be so bad. she is rude to the employees and horrible to the customers when she is angry.

There was this Middle Aged blonde woman with a tattoo on her wrist I’m pretty sure, she was being rude and disrespectful. I don’t know if it’s the same lady people are talking about in the other reviews, but it seems like it would be. She gave bad service but was only okay the last time I went 3 weeks ago.

I went to this location a little later in the evening and a disgruntled ex employee I'm assuming was outside trying to pay customers to leave a bad reviews about Jessica because she got terminated from this location ... despite the young girl outside I continue to go inside with my family and I got the best service from this Jessica and her staff they were all amazing she helped her staff get through the entire line and was very nice and friendly it is unfortunate for the girl not working there anymore but obviously it was for good reasons. Keep up the good work Jessica you and your staff are incredible! I will continue to bring my family here for the sweet treats and the great customer service.

No one ever answers the phones, every time I order in person or online there's always an issue with my order. Either they gave me the wrong flavor or didn't add all the toppings I ordered. There have been multiple times when toppings I didn't order gets mixed in with my ice cream as well, perhaps crumbs from a different order gets mixed in with mine. This is concerning especially if someone has an allergy to something mixed in that isn't ordered (I've seen nuts/peanut butter candies as well as some fruit in the ice cream when I didn't order it.) And when I try to contact them about an issue with my online order, I never get ahold of anyone and don't get a call back. I truly love Cold Stone, its always been my favorite ice cream, but this location I've always somehow had a bad experience with.
