No one ever answers the phones, every time I order in person or online there's always an issue with my order. Either they gave me the wrong flavor or didn't add all the toppings I ordered. There have been multiple times when toppings I didn't order gets mixed in with my ice cream as well, perhaps crumbs from a different order gets mixed in with mine. This is concerning especially if someone has an allergy to something mixed in that isn't ordered (I've seen nuts/peanut butter candies as well as some fruit in the ice cream when I didn't order it.) And when I try to contact them about an issue with my online order, I never get ahold of anyone and don't get a call back. I truly love Cold Stone, its always been my favorite ice cream, but this location I've always somehow had a bad experience with.

I walked in there with my daughter and for the first few minutes eveything was okay. We got our ice cream and sat down but the lady who was I think the manager was so incredibly rude to the teenagers working there! She was telling them what to do left and right and not giving them any break even when one boy asked her! I also think she was smoking due to the smell of cigarettes coming from her. The ice cream was pretty good and the teenagers worked well with helping my daughter with her ice cream but I couldn’t ignore how incredibly diffuct the manger was.

Got there at 8:42, 18 mins left before close. They locked the doors early. A few more customers showed up right after me and we all waited for them to atleast give us a reason for closing early. No one came, they were smirking. This is absolutely horrible way to run a business. One of the other customers said she was going to be calling corporate. I will be too!
Love this place for the ice cream but their website and sign say they close at 9. We showed up at 8:30 and they were already locked and employees were inside shutting down. They saw us outside and didn’t open for us. This is a management issue. Unfortunately we were here after dinner for my birthday and I was looking forward to a vegan ice cream which the other ice cream shops don’t offer. Too bad for Cold Stone as our business went to Kilwin’s across the street (for my kids anyway).
