They are definitely short staffed, we were at the Colonial Cafe for breakfast at 9 am and had to wait couple minutes for someone to recognize us. Our waitress was polite and she kept my coffee mug full but I was not very impressed with the food. Bacon stand out but everything else was average,

Stopped by this area for a check-up and decided to try something new — so glad we did! This place is fantastic. The ambiance has a charming, old-school vibe, and they’ve done a great job keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent — I had the sandwich with salad, and it was delicious. Service was quick, and parking was easy. Definitely a spot worth revisiting!”

Our server was great. She was friendly and very helpful. We didn't want for anything. The food was delicious and the plates wow! So much food.

Went with my wife and daughter for brunch. We were seated quickly and our order taken promptly. The food was good and so was the service. The only issue was that we were seated next to a table of 6 people who were obnoxiously loud, so loud it made my wife uncomfortable. If I could have done it without causing a scene, I would have asked them if they could quiet it down a little. Instead, I just stayed quiet and put up with it. The rude people made a nice brunch much less nice.

Chiquillies was very large and my eggs were cooked perfectly. The only thing I didn't care for was the amount of chips that came with it, overwhelmed the chorizo. It was very difficult to have bites of meat with everything else.

Had the fish and chips, husband had a burger. Both were amazing! The atmosphere was inviting and staff was very friendly. Definitely one of our favorite places to dine at again.

Food was terrible! Kids Mac and cheese was clearly over microwaved(brown crispy parts) 9 bucks for inedible Kraft Mac and cheese? How are you not making that fresh?
Eggs were undercooked and very runny, lemonade tasted like a 7th grade chemistry class project and a basic blt had limp bacon as the star ingredient.
Yikes. Restaurants have really taken a turn these days and this one is added to that list!

We were there around 1230, but couldn't pass up the awesome breakfast menu, so we have breakfast. Though busy, we were seated promptly and immediately our server showed up for drinks and questions. My wife had THE BEST Potato Pancakes since Germany. I had the standard farmer's breakfast and it was all cooked exactly how I liked it. The patty brat sausage patties we awesome. First time here, but not our last 😋. They so have an OctoberFest menu as well now; looks delicious!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve tried to bring my kids for ice cream and experienced a long wait before being acknowledged to be sat. It’s no Tommy O’s.
